I will never use anyone else besides Optimal HVAC for any service needs for my air conditioning and heating system. They are very professional, always on time, trustworthy and just overall excellent. This is a highly undervalued service to include in your annual homeowner's checklist. Everyone at Optimal HVAC is absolutely outstanding; I cannot recommend them enough!

We were having trouble with our air conditioner. I called Optimal on Tuesday. They sent Shawn, the owner, on Wednesday. He arrived exactly on time, inspected the unit, made the repair, explained everything, and was very friendly and helpful. I thought the prices were very reasonable. I would absolutely use them again.

Our HVAC tech was Mike. He was on time and very courteous. He told us of ways that we could save money for our next service and how to keep our equipment running smoothly between services. Affordable prices with quality service. I will definitely be using Optimal for all of my homes HVAC needs.

We had a great experience with these guys! Super fast install, really nice people and service, and very professional. It’s a family business I think too which I really like. I emailed and chatted with Haley several times and she and the estimator were very upfront and honest about the pricing and everything included and even helped me avoid unnecessary add on fees that Bobs heating tried to tack on for sales commission. They didn’t try to sell me at any point or deter me from other companies and even encouraged I get multiple quotes. When we finally decided to go with Optimal they had just run out of stock of their basic model and instead of charging us more for an upgrade suitcase style model, they kept it at the same original quoted price. I really appreciated the gesture and they obviously care a lot about their business and customers. Thank you Optimal!
