  Such a kind man!! He's always great at communication and efficiency. I drive 30 minutes to have him fix my watches and it is always worth the drive. Very professional and does excellent work, above and beyond any expectations, and the best part.... honest and has integrity. Would happily recommend Gray's jewelers to anyone and everyone!

  This is a great business and very professional. I brought my watch in when the store I bought the watch from couldn't fix it. Same day service and he also has a nice selection of jewelry.

  Drove an hour and 52 minutes from Rome Ga and it was well worth the drive. My glasses feel like new.They’re designer frames that not even Lens crafters could not repair. I’ll be gathering up my broken jewelry I’ve collected over the years and making another trip to McDonough Ga for repair

  Gray’s Jewelry is a great location. They put a personal touch to your need. They have fixed 4 of my watches… no job seems too tough for them.

  I dropped off an old heirloom opal ring that needed the band repaired. It got repaired very fast, and the quality is superior. Also the people who run this shop are some of the most nice, friendly people.
