Dr. Warren, Cathy, and his staff are absolutely the best! From my lasik consultation, to the operation, to the follow up, they are the most courteous and helpful staff I have ever been around. I can’t thank them enough.

the only negative is the wait time. mine was over 30 minutes today.
otherwise, the staff was fun and nice.
and dr burton was efficient and precise.

I agree about the friendly and helpful staff. However, my experience was not pleasant. I went for a diabetic check up. The tech checked to see if my glasses were the right prescription. I told her I could not see unless I push them up and looked through the reading portion of the glasses. She said do what you have to do to see. Then she told the doctor I could see and he wrote a prescription based on what she said. I got new glasses but could not see. Finally, Carla, the glass person realized my prescription was wrong. I have been back-and-forth several times and hopefully this time the prescription will be correct. What a hassle!

Going to see Dr Burton is such a joy. He is wonderful and his staff is outstanding. Everyone is warm and friendly in addition to very efficient. They moved me through the process painlessly. Very helpful and took care of the paperwork flawlessly.

The desk receptionist was very pleasant. The girls in the back office where officiant and very accommodating. The office was clean And comfortable. Dr Burton was also very nice. I enjoyed my whole visit. I would suggest taking your own dark sunglasses for the trip home if you are doing your own driving
