  I bought my car from Mike three weeks ago and had a great experience. Mike was very sweet and explained everything to me. I was a bit apprehensive to buy a used car without my husband being with me as I feel like women really do get cheated with anything related to cars. I felt extremely comfortable dealing with Mike and never felt like I was being cheated or taken advantage of. I bought a Nissan Titan and couldn't be happier. I plan to come back and buy another car for my son next week.

  I just bought a car from these guys. They were very helpful. And I even got the car under book value. Saved over 2 grand. I then brought my sister to buy a car and they gave me $100 just for bringing her down there and helping her buy a car from them!

  A friend of mine was looking at a car from this dealer. Not only is the dealer very incompetent and not very knowledgeable about common car buying/financing through a financial institute as any credited dealer would be, he is also very unprofessional. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING ON HIS WEBSITE. This dealer tried to convince my friend to pay in cash, he didn't take checks. Not even a certified funds check funded by the largest credit union in the world who has 58 billion dollars in assets (As if when they fund a loan some how the check will bounce). He wanted a bank nearby so he could go cash the check. Apparently completely unknowing that you can't just cash a check made out to a business without going through your own business account. This "Dealer" wanted my friend to send a wire to his account and once he saw that it cleared then he would sign the car over and do paperwork. As if any dealer would do this. This man is either a scam, attempting to do business without reporting as profit, or just plain clueless as to how dealerships do business. There is a reason this place is not credited by the BBB. I do not recommend anyone to conduct business with this dealer. I actually attempted to tell this man how a buyer's order works, he completely had no idea what I was talking about.

  I bought a car from 1213 Jordan lane.The manager (Mike) promised to repair two items on the car.I paid for the car and had to come back later to pick it up because it wasn't ready. When I returned the work on the car wasn't finished, when I asked for due bill on the work that wasn't completed Mike said he wasn't going to give me one and he called the owner to come and talk to me. When the owner got there, he started yelling at me and told me he wasn't going to anything for me because I didn't pay enough for the auto and continued to yell at me like I was a dog. His manager (Mike) set the price and sold me the car. It appears they lie to Americans and think we are animals.
