Disappointed. They normally cut my dog's nails with the price of this visit which is $73.00 now. They raised it from $67.00. The vet was very forceful in how he spoke about what I could afford. I did not like him at all. They always hand me a sheet of a $1,000+ of things I should do for my cat or dog. Private place so they make lots of $$$ telling people what they should do because that is more money in their pocket.

NO STARS. I am beyond horrified at the lack of treatment my cat received today at this clinic. I consider what was done to him animal cruelty and I urge you to listen to your intuition when you are being sold services that are not only inappropriate but that also cause harm. My husband took our 16 year old cat here as he was having terrible diarrhea that was not resolving. My cat is obviously at the end of his life and I wanted his last days to be comfortable. Dr. Onofrio did not give him fluids, but recommended an x-ray (to which my husband agreed, I admit) but that they couldn't even perform after stressing him out to the the point that he was foaming at the mouth. She sold us oral probiotics and medicine for the diarrhea that we cannot give because now our cat is not eating at all, can hardly walk, and is urinating all over himself (all things that started after the visit). I can only hope that the blood tests taken by this clinic have some use to the doctor I had to call this evening to come to my house to give my poor, frail cat some fluids. I will most likely put my cat to sleep tomorrow and my only hope for him is that the end of his life is peaceful. This clinic charged us in excess of $500 to hurt our cat. I am heartbroken.

I have brought both my cats here for years. They get the very best care. Dr D'Nofrio is excellent, very kind, caring, loving and knowledgeable . This place is expensive and tests do add up, but its worth it for a peace of mind.

The staff is super friendly, the doctors are great with our pets and the have coffee and chocolate chip cookies too! (Those are treats for us pet parents, in case you got worried)
Our fur-babies get along with everyone and are not afraid of the office, which is a first for my pets.response / report this review -

Beautiful office and wonderful staff. Very little wait time. And they had coffee/water/cookies for the humans. We switched to this clinic after reading all the other great reviews.

A very clean, modern place and you can tell the staff really cares about animals. I've heard they're a little pricier than other places in the neighborhood, but if that's true it's still money well spent.

Great vet office that has everything including wonderful doctors and assistants. Place smells great and is super clean. Everything comes with a price so expect to pay top dollars for great service here in Bay Ridge!
