180 Wellness Spa has poor customer service. I have been relying on them for all my spa services for what would have been three years this year. Purchasing a gift card with them is a waste of money. If you receive a coupon via email you cannot pair it with redeeming a gift card. If you have a gift card with them, they do not send reminders or notifications if you have a balance that will soon expire (in only a year). I was going to use up the rest of a gift card before I left town but was surprised to realize it had expired. The manager did not offer any credit or partial return on the balance that was closed. You would be better off paying for each service at the time it was received than ever buying a gift card with this company.

One Eighty Wellness Spa is the BEST spa in town!! The service is excellent and the staff always makes your visit as relaxing and stress free as possible!! If you haven't visited the ladies of 180 your missing out!

Horrible experience! I will not be going back. After getting to my appointment early (like several other customers) the ladies refused to see anyone early while loudly complaining about how much work they have to do. A couple of the girls were actually talking bad about a customer while he was sitting in the lobby and we could all hear it! After rushing through my waxing (which was so rushed and rough that I actually bled) the lady actually asked me for a tip! Not worth the pain at this "spa". Avoid.
