Brad, and the staff at One Clear Choice, refused to accept to take responsibility for not knowing how they calculate high lift measurements internally, as well as did not communicate deviations they implemented on the order from their "required" self-measure form when ordering product. Absorbing $600 in the retail cost of new track was simply too much on an almost $10K order. Customer service was awful. Product was average at best, and can be found at any other manufacturer. Good luck.

Of course, my garage door would break 24 hours before I left to move across the country! It was one more bit of stress that I didn’t need. I was so happy when I called One Clear Choice.. I called at 8 o’clock at night smd they said oh of course we can come out right now as an emergency or if you can wait till 8 o’clock in the morning we can come out then for a regular service fee. They had multiple time slots open the very next day. So I chose worked for me and the gentleman came out and had my door working perfectly within 10 minutes. It was so nice that one thing was taken off my mind during a very busy time. If I were staying in the Denver area, I would use one clear choice every single time I had any question about my garage doors!

These guys are first-rate. Judy is prompt at getting back to you and very thorough with what she does. The installers (we had Matt this last time) show up on time and do excellent work once they are here.

Everyone is very courteous and the product they provide is top notch! I couldn't recommend them more.

One Clear Choice provided outstanding service. They arrived as scheduled and finished in much less than the estimated time. Technician was professional and very patient as I asked questions. The cost was consistent with the estimate. Technician offered other options and preventative maintenance to mitigate potential future problems. Very good service. Two months later absolutely no problems. I would use One Clear Choice again.

Our single stall garage door spring unexpectedly broke late on a Friday. We were able to get in touch with One Clear Choice and have an appointment scheduled early Monday morning. They offered same day emergency service but we did not need it fixed immediately. Charlie C. arrived on time Monday morning and performed the work quickly and efficiently. He was very personable and professional. We would highly recommend Charlie and One Clear Choice to our friends and family. Thank you.
