  VERY expensive, rude servers, not at all child-friendly, and they only seat a few people a night. The saving grace is the cuisine, which is fantastic.

  We have dined at One Block West in Winchester many times and each one a fantastic dining experience! I wish we lived closer so we could come weekly! We have always chosen the Chef’s Whim with wine pairing so we can enjoy his innovative, seasonal dishes. Every experience has been fabulous for our taste buds. Everything is sourced from local farms and growers (including Chef Ed’s backyard) and is fresh and wonderfully creative. Chef Ed is eager to make your meal special. Ed will take your party’s dietary requests into consideration and gladly accommodates sensitivities and allergies – so be sure to let him know when making your reservation. Ed and the team are hospitable and eager to ensure your experience is the best. One Block West is a jewel. Anne and Dave Jennings

  34th Wedding Anniversary dinner at One Block West and we were not disappointed. From the appetizers, main course (we both had Grooper) and the desserts were fantastic.

  My husband and I went to One Block West for our 2 year anniversary tonight. We did the chef's whim tasting and it was amazing! Everything was different, fresh, unexpected, and delicious. The waiter was attentive and answered all of our questions without being over bearing. The chef came out to say hi as well which we really appreciated. I already can't wait to go back!
