  WORST MOVERS EVER! We had On Time pack and load our household goods into a 26' U-Haul for our move out West. While his employees were courteous, Roy, the owner, came completely unprepared with packing supplies and was very weak in directing his employees. He didn't bring enough boxes and packing material and in his effort to cut corners he would load our goods without boxes or leave the top of boxes open, tape the flaps and fill them higher. He said he would load those on top but that didn't happen so there were many boxes crushing the items in the boxes below. The packing job was awful. There were items stuffed into every nook and cranny without any protection, boxes being crushed or heavy items on top of more fragile ones. We ended up with a lot of broken items. While he gave the lower bid, it wasn't by much. This company also goes by the name of MoveMe Cville. Save yourself the trouble and frustration and go with someone else.

  I have the best experience with On time moving and cleaning llc. They made my life so easier with moving. Mr Beepath and his workers are very experience and dedicated. They are local to c'ville. And they are inexpensive compare to other larger and expensive moving companies. Now I'm all set with my all move and literally I can enjoy long weekend with family. I would highly recommend to everyone!! Make your next move with On Time Moving and Cleaning LLC :)

  I contacted On Time Moving and Cleaning to get a quote for moving from
  Charlottesville, Va. to Delaware, after having received quotes from several movers in the Charlottesville area. On Time Movers gave a very reasonable estimate. I informed Mr. Beepath, because of a recent illness, I could be of no help with the move. He assured me this was not a problem, his company would take care of everything. On the day of the move ,On time Movers was on time and was very careful and professional with the loading , moving and unloading of my furniture. Thank you On Time Moving and Cleaners, don't know how I could have moved without you.

  My mother used this service to move all by herself. She could not have had a more miserable experience. Angela Step supervised the whole process. Even if this service seems cheap enough, it's still not worth it. A few facts from the move:
  
  Angela holds the keys to the moving van hostage until you pay in cash.
  Someone with a fractured foot loads the van very slowly.
  They will not fit everything in a truck with ample size so that you have to go back to Charlottesville and rent an additional cargo van.
  Angela yells at you for really no reason, and is generally a negative stressor.
  They are not on time for any part of the loading or unloading process.
  
  So yeah, this is basically the worst moving company I've ever encountered. Now I need to go give my mother a hug.

  We had our move all scheduled with the woman at this company. Moving day came today and they never showed up. I called multiple times and left messages. I never received a call back. Our family (two adults and two young children) were left with our whole house packed up and no one to move us. We are so frustrated, stressed, and just irritated that we were left in this predicament.
