This guy is a lifesaver. I had a client that refused to pay me and wouldnt provide me his address. These guys had the info I needed the next day. Without them I wouldn't have been able to start the court process. You get what you pay for and it was worth every penny.

Thank Heavens for people like Eli and Mark . They saved my life from a “loving scam “. I had doubts and fears, lots of red flags 🚩 and my research 🔬 was so limited … I needed to know the truth. I made the call 📞, a call that I should made a week ago. The answer was within an hour or so …

Perhaps 🤔 , it wasn’t meant to be - for the marriage to be saved 💔.
The scammer is a professional, trained well to type to vulnerable ladies … and write ✍🏿 exactly what they need to hear 👂.
And not just with this type of situation-> where there is DOUBT… it should be them !
Because the person doesn’t exist, there was absolutely NO CHARGE at all. Impressive 🙏🏻.

My sister in law was overcharged for a report that most places charge less than half for. We are searching for a family dog and in desperation, we just went with the person with solid reviews, but turns out we should have called around more. To others looking for private investigators, do more research and find someone who is not only trustworthy but also will be fair about pricing to not take advantage of your situation.

I was desperate to find the address of the person who stole my dog, and I called Mark because of the solid reviews. Mark said if he runs a report and if the address is different from the address that I know, then he will charge $350 for the report that he runs. After running the report, he told me that he has an address that is more recent than what I have, and I paid to get the report. The address was a dead end, which wasn’t Mark’s fault, but when I started calling 10 plus PI agencies about what I can do about this, all of them were first shocked about the pricing that I paid for the report because most of them charge around $150. One of the PI even said and I quote, “I know Mark, and he and I use the same system to run the report. I’m sorry you were overcharged. I have been in business for over 30 years, and it makes me sad that people take advantage of desperate situations like yours.” After about three phone calls, I started feeling like a fool for trusting the Google reviews on Mark’s business and trusting that the report was of a fair value. If you are looking for a PI for the first time, please do your research and call for numerous consults and find out pricing before you commit to someone. I hope to prevent anyone from repeating my mistake.

Mark is wonderful I can’t thank him enough. Mark is quick to respond and extremely informative patient and friendly. He understands your needs and he delivers accurate and solid results. He’s a lifesaver. Don’t bother going anywhere else On the mark is the best around!!!
