I had a wonderful experience with these guys! Jerry came out initially and was extremely knowledgeable and honest. Cristian came out a few times afterwards to do the work and was very professional and really took care of everything and some, and he did a great job! Even the office ladies we very sweet and easy to get a hold of. All in all they really look after their customers, and were very accommodating with me, as a racoon nesting in my attic was not a planned thing. 😂
Thank you so much On-Point wildlife, you will be my go to if I even need help in the future!

About a week ago we saw bats coming out from under the roof. We DIY'ed a one way door and made an appointment with On Point Wildlife Removal. James came out (early no less!) to inspect my bat "infestation" and assured me the problem was not severe or a threat to human health. He gave me some pointers on sealing up access points and told me that he'd be happy to finish the job for me but didn't pressure me in any way to commit to an expensive service. We can manage the clean-up ourselves but in the future if we ever have an issue too big to DIY, I will feel confident trusting this company to handle it.

ETA: And there was no charge for him to come out!

Our experience with On Point was nothing but positive and reassuring! Emil was so friendly and knowledgeable. They have been very responsive to monitoring for rats after they promptly removed them from our attic space. We strongly recommend their services!

We were in the process of selling our home when we discovered bats!!! Jerry came out right away (stunned at how fast they came to assess the situation). Explained about them being protected, inspected, confirmed there were bats in a small area of the soffit. Next day, Jake was out to seal up the other areas of the roof to insure no further issue. After the protection period, they came out to install a device to only allow them out, not back in. Inspected to make sure they were gone. Today, they came out and finished the process by cleaning the soffit, attic and sealing up where they came in. I am so very impressed by the responsiveness, timeliness and communication during the entire process. Hat tip to everyone at On Point Jerry, Jake and Faith, who spoke with me, met with me and took care of my issue. Definitely recommend them without hesitation!! Thank you On Point.

Making a call about critters in the attic isn’t one anyone wants to make but I am so grateful I contacted OnPoint Wildlife Removal. Each person I spoke with at this company was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The removal process of our rats took two weeks and we had confidence in the process since it was so thoroughly explained to us. We would highly recommend OnPoint Wildlife Removal.
