everything you hear about them is true! Bryant Estevez helped me out with my taxes in less than a week and I know everybody's case is different but I literally don't owe irs a single dime anymore and I've been sweating this for over 20 yrs. the guy is young but very professional. He did what he said he would do and did it a few days earlier than quoted so I will absolutely give 5 stars and anyone I know who needs help with their taxes I will definitely recommend them for sure! Thank you Bryant and Thank you Omni for helping me become a legal tax paying citizen again.
I used to work here a long time ago. It was a good place to work, and sometimes stressful. We always did our best for the clients and always billed accordingly. Sometimes we billed for wait times with the IRS on the phones. I went through 2 hurricanes with Omni (Within a month), and I could not take the stress of the job after that. It is a good place, and anyone who does some leg work can fix their own taxes without their help. Really, it is so easy.
No, no, no, no, just no! They charge you a "flat fee" then try to add to that saying it was used up. Say what?? Kristin Batty is rude and condescending when I told her that in spite of the fact that their office communicated with the IRS since they had a POA, when the IRS then tried to respond to Janet S. Mould be both mail and phone, she did not reply. Therefore their request was denied. The forms that they did do were filled out incorrectly (they checked the "Innocent spouse" box as a reason even though I was not married and filed as Head Of Household) and when I shared it with her, she said that I was wrong. I offered for her to call the IRS and find out for herself or to simply look in her files, since surely she has a copy of the forms. She could have easily apologized for the mistakes but instead she defended. Never a good strategy. You can do better- find a firm that is really on your side and can take care of those fees and penalties you may have accrued.
Before I contacted Omni tax help the IRS was asking for $695 per month on an installment plan. That didn't seem to unreasonable but I thought I could get the debt reduced or at least have lower monthly payments. So I hire Omni tax help and paid $3,000. I was giving an agent to work with me by the name of Kristin Batty. Once they had my money she turn my case over to some understudies that we're obviously in training. I had to do all the heavy lifting by providing enormous amounts of documentations. And after 3 and a half months my case was settled. I now have a payment plan for $695 per month. The exact amount the IRS had originally asked for. So I'm out 3000 for absolutely nothing. A word to the wise just go to the IRS and handle your issues one on one these third parties are only there to take your money.
I had a large debt with the IRS and that kept me in constant stress, I contacted other people to help me and they sent an offer in compromise to the IRS but the offer was rejected and they told me that nothing more could be done. Fortunately Omni Tax Help contact me and they explained me that I had an opportunity, so I tried again but now with the Omni Tax Help team and they sent an offer in compromise that was also rejected, but they tried again with an offer greater than the previous one and the IRS approved it! It should be noted that the Omni Tax Help team especially Lila Sandgren and Valerie Rawls always kept me informed of everything that happened and whenever I had a question they responded in a friendly, professional and prompt manner. Of my total debt to the IRS now I will only pay 20% of that and I will be free of any lock and lien that I already had, and all this was possible thanks to the Omni Tax Help team, I am very glad to them. I can assure you that they are the right ones, they strive to obtain a positive results for you.
