  The manager blatantly LIED to me about their warranty policy and refused to fix a blemish on my watch because it had a previous owner, even though it was still under warranty. Beware!!

  I just brought rolex for my wife, my baby want a watch, so I stopped by this store. the lady service in there is nice, but they closed the door while we watching the watch, and their two man stand behind us. they acted like we are about to steal something from them. please watch at my wife wrist, 25k rolex watch 5 times more than the amega watch.
  VERY INSULTING STORE. I rather go to brown & co they treat us right.
  I will not spend a dime in this omega store.
  come to them and checked out for yourself. they will treat you like you are stealer.

  Bought my Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean here in December 2014. Customer service was exceptional and the staff were very knowledgeable and up to date on Omega watches. We were treated like royalty on our visit. A great buying experience and all the best watches in the world to see and choose from.

  Awesome experience! Met with Tim while I was there and he was very professional and knowledgeable on the Omega watches. Took his time with me while there were other people waiting and let me try on several watches . When I'm ready to buy, I will make sure to get it from this place!

  Holy crap best customer service i have been looking for a new watch next year (keep in mind im 17)and the sales lady helped a lot and let me try on many different watches no matter the price. She also gave me a lot of information on omega. That is how customer service should be considering that they dont care about age

  5 star customer service! Some places will not even acknowledge you if they know you're not going to make a purchase. But not these people at this boutique. The reps. are professional, friendly and always will treat you the way you want to be treated! Thank you Omega Boutique @ Phipps Plaza!
