Oliver Pecan is a family owned and operated pecan company in San Saba, TX, the Pecan Capital of the World. We started in 1970 with a cane pole and a bucket. We now harvest about 40,000 pecan trees across the state. Our orchards to our kitchen to customer.

At Oliver Pecan we always offer the freshest new crop pecans. We grow pecans (40,000 trees) we shell the pecans in our state of the art processing plant and we make pecan candy in our certified candy kitchen.
