Restaurant, Inn, Auto Mechanics, Historic Landmark
Family owned & operated since 1948 and formerly known as The Old Historic Copper Center Lodge (it burned down on May 20, 2012) Tom & Kim Huddleston are currently operating a restaurant, with beer & wine, out of an old bar that was renovated, prior to the fire, just a couple of buildings down from the original lodge. The NEW business also includes 4 new rooms offered to those weary travelers that wish to hang out by the Copper & Klutina rivers (right in their back yard) and maybe fish or just drink in the beauty of the Wrangell Mountains. The property is also home to Old Town Auto & Body & the George Ashby Museum.
