What a great room and stay for a great price! The Old Santa Fe in gave us a superb room just moments from the plaza for a great discounted rate. The service desk lady was very friendly and helpful even with our 3 dogs. The room was very clean, classy, and impressive. Fireplace, large TV, patio, and a large double shower. Breakfast was good and starbucks coffee is available every morning. 10/10 will stay again!

One of the best hotel accommodations I’ve had. We called the week we intended to arrive. We have 3 small dogs and needed a room for Saturday/Sunday nights. I wasn’t expecting such great service. The gentleman I spoke to gave us a generous discount - both on the room and the pet fee.

When we arrived, the lady at reception was very pleasant and professional. I expected the usual smelly room that was inconveniently located for a pet room, but I was astonished at what we actually got for such an excellent rate. We had a Kiva King that was excellently located away from all the noise and on the bottom floor. The room had a cute little fireplace, a beautiful shower and bathroom with heated floor, huge TV, Starbucks coffee, fridge/microwave, and a private patio with a sitting area. The room did not have carpet (!!!) and was very open/roomy! It was beautifully clean. The hotel is very conveniently located downtown near the plaza, also.

I couldn’t have asked for more. I will definitely be coming back, and will look here first for accommodations when I do!

The Old Santa Fe Inn is a beautiful inn right next to the historic part of town. Our room was spacious and cozy with a working gas fire! The hotel is all exterior access to rooms but is laid out in a nice single story courtyard making it feel private and keeping it quiet. Free coffee and cookies were provided in the afternoon.

My only disappointments were, one of the sinks in our room was blocked, the coffee maker was filthy with loads of residue floating in it and the breakfast didn't live up to the surroundings. It was on a par with a poor chain motel when it could have been so much nicer.

A quaint and cozy inn with lovely amenities. Everything about it, from the decor to the service, is upscale at an affordable price. Even our fairly standard room included a gas fireplace, miniature patio, and heated bathroom floor. The shower was also really nice.

There's a tea bar in the lobby in the section we stayed in and the complimentary breakfast is hearty and delicious.

The main plaza for sightseeing is maybe a 4-5 minute walk from the inn. It was chilly when we visited, so we ended up driving around town. In the summer, however, you can leave your car parked onsite (for free) and explore the "downtown" area almost entirely on foot.

I'd definitely stay here again. It's the nicest place I've had the pleasure of staying in for only a little more than you'd spend at a budget chain hotel.

Comfortable, clean rooms. We had a deluxe king that consistent of a sitting room with gas fireplace, desk, counter with sink, two upholstered chairs, couch and large screen TV. There was a separate bedroom with king bed dresser, closet and jacuzzi bathroom. Our friend had a king junior suite that was a similarly equipped single room.

Breakfast was included and had granola, cereal, melon, apples, bananas, canned fruits, yogurt, and a burrito bar from which you could assemble a burrito or make up a plate of scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage patties(depending on the day), and waffle maker.

    Staff was friendly and helpful.

We walked a couple of blocks into central old town shopping to visit attractions, museums, shops and restaurants.

Lovely and coming place to stay in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Perfect location. 5 minute walk to the center of the plaza with a plenty of shops to browse as you go. Rooms are cute and very clean. I recommend staying here if you get a chance

I always go for cheap. So, $200 a night is a bit of a splurge. In this case well worth it. Old Santa Fe Inn made the stay in Santa Fe. Perfect location between old town and the Railyard. Nice, clean accommodations. Friendly staff. Best of all, beds that you could burrow into. Overall, good breakfast buffet - but don't expect anything from the scrambled eggs.
