Made a reservation to pick up at 9:00 am, arrived early they were Open and ready. Easy in- easy out, very professional. Quote was with-in pennies. very professional.

I usually never do reviews and most of the time i try not to complain and I have used a few storage places in the past but so far this one has been the worst!! I noticed the hoses were going through my unit I guess from the ac from the climate control units that were on the other side. Every time I went to my unit the ground in front of my unit would be wet. My things were in tht unit for a while but when I began to move my things out only my items tht were along the wall where the hoses were at were destroyed by mold and mildew and Due to the fact that they knowingly put the hoses there knowing tht condensation would build up i asked could they replace some of my items being a single mom and that's all that I have their response was no with no sympathy at all. They said you should have got insurance. If I could have gotten it I would have and had there been a burglary or natural disaster then I would have nothing to say. But they intentionally put hoses in my unit that ultimately destroyed me and my son's things and they are not willing to take responsibility for. I don't know what I'm going to do but I would not recommend this storage unit to anyone
