  I won’t be going back to this place because I wanted to get a oil change and tire rotation and just because they were busy they said that they couldn’t give me a tire rotation for that reason.They said it would take too long and they didn’t want to make the other customers mad. So inconvenience one costumer to please another. Doesn’t make sense to me. They should please each and every customer that comes through that shop.Why offer a service if you can’t give it to a paying customer. Then they said come back on Sunday and we will do the tire rotation. So I went back on Sunday and they turned down the service again and all I wanted was a tire rotation. They said oh you came yesterday and I said yes I did. They once again said sorry but we are busy and can’t do your tire rotation. Even though a employee there said come back tomorrow and we will do it. What kind of company offers a service and will refuse a costumer who is willing to pay for that service. Don’t offer it if you can’t provide it. So I went to jiffy lube and gave them my money and they were happy to provide me with a tire rotation. So I have no choice to put 1 star to write a review. But I give that ez lube a -0 for customer service. Very very poor service

  I took my Lexus there 5,000 miles ago for an oil change. They charged me almost $200 just for that! Because of that I've decide to get everything and do it myself, whoever worked on my car during the oil change tightened my oil filter canister cap so tight I've broke 2 brand new tools trying to take the canister cap off. I've been out here since 11:30 trying to get this damn cap off. I called at 2:20 to talk to someone about my last oil change and the young kid that I talked to processed to tell me that because I was the last one to touch it they're not liable to help take to cap off. All I wanted was for someone to come to my house which is 5 blocks away from the Valvoline shop and use whatever damn power tool they used to take the cap off, abd thwy refused!!!! I've been to many shops, worked in a few as a younger kid, and never have a came acrossed service this poor!! The lady who answered the phone when I called sternly asking to talk to the manager was ify about even handed the phone over to a manger.

  Quick and easy! 15 minutes, don't even have to get out of the car. Price was comparable to the dealer or jiffy lube. The tech was polite and courteous. They offered to change some additional filters etc. and didn't give me any trouble when I said no thanks. Will be back in 3 months.

  I took my car for an oil change....my fluids were not replenished. its a shame that even when you pay for a service, you still have to check to make sure they do what they say. I took my car back and the same guy that helped me the first time, just had the most lost look on his face. finally he agreed my fluids were low. Will never return or recommend this place to my worst enemy.

  Great place to take care of business fast and professionally. I have a Mercedes with not many standard parts, as oil, engine and cabin filters and BJ was very experienced and helpful to get things done. I appreciate the service very much and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience and affordable price.

  The assistant manager Kenny gave me really good service. They were very fast and efficient got the job done really well. Kenny gave me a discount for being a new customer which was really nice. Car feels so much better amazing service for the money.

  Beware!
  
  This is no longer oil can Henry's! It is Valvoline.
  
  The prices are 20% to 30% higher! Not worth it! I just got an oil change for my F150 truck and it was $124.....it was about $80 when it was oil can Henry's.
  
  It's a total shame! I really liked oil can Henry's.

  They're less pushy than your average oil change shop , so that's a plus. You also get a free newspaper, get to sit in your car, and can see them doing the work on a monitor by your car. Took off a star because I'm convinced they made my month old air filter look worse than it was and tried to sell mea new one

  One of the young "technicians" stripped the threads on my aluminum block by changing the oil filter and trying to finish up an oil change fast. That backfired.
