  Renewed warranty with help from staff after a mailing address change. Contacted service regarding water in basement. Rick from service came out and checked out the system for issues. Scheduled another visit for the construction crew to come out and fixed the problem - all under warranty. Rick was very helpful and experienced on the issue. Being covered under a warranty agreement if an issue arises if a huge plus. Thank you to the staff in the office and in the field to help move to a solution. Very happy with the service at this point.

  I inherited a warranty from Ohio State Waterproofing from my home’s previous owners. It was very easy to transfer the warranty into my name. We’ve renewed every year which is also a very easy process. We have not had a reason to have them out to the house in the 17 years we have owned the house. They did a great job!

  I have an older home. My family has been in this house since 1957, and I remember the "dungeon" that was the basement. Always damp. My parent's had Ohio State Waterproofing come in, and it was a world of difference!
  I inherited the contract, and transferred it to my name. A few years ago, we had a problem with water in the basement again. This time, it was a change in the grounds around the house, and Ohio State Waterproofing was called. They came, dug up next to the foundation, and also decided that a french drain was needed inside. The demo, and the repairs were quick, and I have had no problems since. The crew was professional, and very courteous. Nice guys! I'll keep the warranty current with this company, for sure!

  I am very please to refer Ohio State Waterproofing to any one that's looking for a company to do their work. It's been several years since my work was done and the basement is still dry! I was in school at that time and my architectural instructor suggest that I have both the interior and exterior done. The crew was very very good from the start to finish. They did a 100% clean up when done. I had no complaints then and I am still well please that my basement is dry and no foul damp odors..

  My basement got a leak after the water rose through the footer following a series of hard rains. I was also experiencing moisture on the walls due to excess water entering from the outside. I scheduled an appointment after noticing the leak and the salesperson came out very quick and inspected the outside and inside of the house. He was able to quickly identify the problem and also other issues that I had not noticed yet. He went over what other companies do and what set Ohio State Waterproofing apart from everyone else. I was very happy with his explanations and the system that would be installed. He made me feel very comfortable with everything and made sure that I didn’t have any unanswered questions. During the installation process, I met the foreman and his crew that would be working on installing the system. The foreman once again went over the plan and made sure that I was familiar with everything as soon as he got there. He did a great job with all of the explanations and where everything would be laid out. He made sure that all of my requests and questions were taken care of. He made sure to go over everything that was done each day before he left and answered any questions that I had. His crew was also very respectable and were able to answer any question on what they happen to be working on at the time. The crew did a great job keeping everything clean and orderly despite the very difficult task of jackhammering and digging out the trench in the basement. The crew was very fast and efficient and I was consistently surprised with the speed and effort at which they worked. The crew did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend Ohio State Waterproofing to anyone.

  We contacted Ohio State Waterproofing to address a developing issue within our basement walls when we noticed the "stair case" cracks in the mortar joints and wet spots. They came out to our home in Hudson, Ohio and educated us on the issues that cause this. After professionally preparing us a quote we had the entire inside and outside work completed. Not only did they complete the job on time, the crew led by Larry Morris were on-time and work hard every single day, and most importantly were very respectful of our home. Glad we selected Ohio State Waterproofing. Great Job guys!

  My wife and I recently purchased a house with a Ohio State waterproofing warranty and any time it has rain we haven't ever had a problem. The basement has been completely dry since the day we bought it. When we went to renew our warranty and transfer the name the people there were really nice and great to talk to! Highly recommend to anyone looking to fix their water issues in the basement.

  A few years ago my wife stepped off of the bottom step of our basement stairs onto a very soggy carpet! We had a water problem in our basement. We called around and talked to several waterproofing companies, and we had a couple of representatives come to our home and make a presentation. In the end, we chose to go with Ohio State Waterproofing. We felt confident that they would do the best job. And they did! They were professional. The crew worked hard. And they clearly explained to us exactly what they were doing, and how it would make our basement secure from future water damage. Several years later, the basement is just fine!   Chris and his crew arrived promptly at 7:30 AM on Monday, July 31st which set the tone for the entire week. Chris’s entire crew introduced themselves to our family and then quickly got to work on protecting the house as the first step. The level of protection set up for both our floors and our belongings in the basement was amazing.
  The professionalism and politeness of the crew was far beyond our expectations. Even when the job met a few challenges along the way, the crew continued in their professionalism and jovial nature. When the team discovered a few broken pipes from the jackhammering of the floor, they were quickly fixed and left us with little down time if any. Chris even went above and beyond by reconnecting our washer and dryer at night to ensure that we could still do laundry during this time.
  The level of cleanliness that the team focused on ensuring the house was in was impeccable when they completed the house. The porch was swept, the outside of the house was fully cleaned and the basement despite all of the jackhammering and drilling of concrete was better that we could have even imagined.
  By the end of the week, the team honestly felt like family. The team even went as far as to greet and play with our dogs each day as they went in and out of the house. I would highly recommend Chris and his team as one of the best waterproofing teams available. I was also highly impressed with Chris’s leadership of his team and ensuring that his team was set up for success but also well taken care of.

  Our experience with Ohio State Waterproofing was very pleasant. We had issues in our home with foundation settling due to soft ground. As new homeowners, my wife and I were anxious/nervous about the whole process and were mostly concerned with choosing a company the provided the best solution at the most reasonable cost. After receiving quotes from several different vendors, we quickly felt the most comfortable with OSW. Their quoting/planning staff were very professional and were only outmatched by their install staff. I felt one hundred percent confident in trusting them to perform the work unattended while I went back to work. The job leader kept me informed while I was away and would check in at the end of each shift to let me know they had locked up and left for the evening. At the completion of the job, they did an excellent job with cleaning up and they finished the entire project in what I would consider a very short amount of time. Twelve months removed, I am still confident that we made the right choice in hiring Ohio State Waterproofing.

  I called Ohio State Waterproofing because I had some significant water in my basement and couldn't figure out why. We've never had an issue before but after the last storm I figured something happened. Mike P came out and at first was stumped. We looked at everything going on and in his opinion, it wasn't a waterproofing issue, but a busted sump pump line outside of the house. Considering another waterproofing company tried selling me $6000 worth of something I didn't need, I really appreciated Mike's honesty and integrity-we don't see enough of that anymore. Thanks to Mike and Ohio State Waterproofing for being a company one can trust. In the event I need to have some work done in the future, they will be my first call!

  They got the job done a lot sooner than i expected, especially since it poured the first day. My yard in Richfield was a mess and it still turned out great. The guys were great and maintained a professional attitude. Everything they touched was cleaned up and they even did a couple other things i requested. All in all it was a great experience and i can see why they are known as one of the best.

  We've had Ohio State Waterproofing done on three of our rental houses. We went with Ohio State on the first one because of their reputation. The first heavy rain that came, we had a problem with water coming in in one spot. We called Ohio State and they had someone come out to look at the problem. It ended up where they had to redo a small section - about 3 feet long. While they were there, they noticed we had removed part of the concrete floor where a shower had been in the basement. They told us that while they were there with the concrete saw and the dump truck that if we would remove the rest of the concrete so we could get to the buried plumbing! After they had completed that work and fixed the problem, they also mixed up some extra cement and patched some areas around the basement windows - all no charge and well beyond the scope of work they were hired for. Yes, Ohio State is expensive - but worth every penny.

  I bought a house from an estate sale in 1995. The wonderful people who sold me the house had it waterproofed by you right before I purchased it. With all the expenses that accompany this size of a purchase, I was never so pleased to find out about your terrific warranty that also transfers to the new home owner. Wow ! This type of warranty you just don't hear of any more. In all the time I have owned the home I only had two issues. Your guys came out immediately, took care of the issues, cleaned up everything so well that it was hard to know the outsides were even dug up. My experiences have been nothing short of fantastic. No hassles ever. I recommend you when ever I hear someone is needing this type of service. Thank you so much for giving me the best service ever ! Beth
