  Lazy sloppy uneven work didn't try to fix the problem when I complained the tech actually told me it's because I should have waited more than two weeks to get them done

  I absolutely had the best experience, I was accommodated for a disability that I endure without any questions or problems. And a little advice to the ones coming in to test. TAKE YOUR TIME ON YOUR WRITTEN ! YOU HAVE UNTIL 5 PM. THANK YOU Stateboard ! I still call stateboard for answers to questions today!

  Nobody answers phone. Continous disconnections and hang ups. How are we suppose to renew with no answer and website issues. I'm a tad bit upset.. Answer your phones!!!!!

  Terrible customer service. I've been calling and calling to get the login to renew my license and no one answers. I've tried every extension, and still, nothing. Imigine that

  So far it's been a horrible experience dealing with Ms. Sue Gatwood she like a mean gate keeper I understand protocol ,state wants the thee oddest pieces of info to an application forward a picture you have to send has to be the exact size EXACT or they send it back with markings and arrows like grade school from the 1950's oh and just so you know guys your "official" paperwork your soooo diligent about having correct and Ms Gatwood being so rude and horrid as a rep for the Ohio state Board of Cosmetology you have examination spelled wrong Examniantion is how your official letter I had to take to have a notary stamp who said "really this is what they make you do and they can't even spell"
  My experience continues to be a nightmare with Sue Gatwood and have begged for another person to deal with she's a 'gatekeeper' and makes it difficult for you as if she's the entire board of Cosmotology and you feel a little trapped by her due to her presence and the way she deals with you..hence gatekeeper.
