The new security guard seems very creepy when I go and look at the microfilms and I kinda like the old security guard there before because he seems be protected and two, I hear that it's near a homeless shelter and I think they should moved it to a safe neighborhood instead of at Downtown and I think it should be moved to Woodsdale or the Highlands since all new businesses are going to the Highlands. Three, there are some people that are nice and some people that are mean and this guy that has glasses is so annoying and doesn't help people that much and this woman who looks like my sister LouAnn is so annoying. And I tried to ask her for help one time and she ignored me and she also told me and the guy told me too that if I print out a page that 10 cents per page that's outrageous and the wheeling room locked that should be a genealogy room/Wheeling Room for the public and hired people to help people with searching their families. I like the Steubenville library on Mall Dr and they really help me and I wish the wheeling library and the martins ferry library can do that for their people to help with.

Always has all the latest best sellersgood selection of audiobooks which is all I use now,love the fact that I can do it all from my home and my computer and or Kindle..

Library privileges are restricted to paperback books, and internet access for non-residents. B&W prints are 10¢each. The girl on the phone seemed sweet and friendly.
