  I will not be shopping at Offenbachers any longer. I have been there twice since it opened and have found their staff is less than useful in helping a customer. Ever question I asked had to be looked up in a book and took way longer than needed. I would think if your going to run a store you need people that know what's going on. Anyway I took my business to Blazes, I was recommended by a friend and I was completely satisfied with there service and knowledge of the products. I would recommend Blazes before Offenbachers.
