Chef Jim Donahue has two great passions one is cooking and the other is fishing.
He started fishing at the age of three with his grandfather on the Long Island sound.
He enjoys both, salt water and sweet water fishing, if it swims, he wants to catch it!.
With over 40 years of experience on the Hudson, Long Island sound, he invites you to come on board his off the hook fishing boat.
He is not docked at a specific place in order to accommodate where his clients may want to leave from.
