  Someone stole my toolboxes from the parking lot of Oceanview Building "B". It took just a couple of minutes for someone to steal 2 big toolboxes, the security guys at the lobby didn't help at all to review the cameras from other areas of the building. Even though the police came and it was reported, they didn't help at all.

  This is our pros and cons.
  Pros:
  1- close to the beach. It’s walking distance.
  2-mini mart was nice in the lobby and a gym
  3- beach was clean
  Cons:
  1- pool was close and the staff the a little rude about it.
  2- front desk hospitality can improve
  3- elevator by the pool was not working properly
  4- only one entrance to pool and beach. And it stunk because of the trash compactor.
  5- what’s the deal with the rabbit in the lobby?
  6- thin walls. You can hear the person next door😉
  
  Best part was the beach.
