Passable food, but poor service. Some entrees arrived quickly, others took over a half-hour. The waiter forgot about our party of four. They seemed unprepared for customers on Christmas evening.

Recent changes have led Ocean City to surpass Ocean Harbor and Joy Tsin Lau for the most consistent quality dim sum in Chinatown. Be sure to arrive before noon, or you'll have to wait
