I recently got a pair of Frogskins with perscription lenses. Greg was very professional, I love that Oakley takes care of military veterans.
I emailed last week regarding my order and have yet to hear back. I've called several times and get put on hold for 30 mins at a time. And not to mention it takes about an hour for them to answer. I have proof of the several email and call regarding this one issue that still has yet to be resolved.
I am a baseball player so I am in the Oakley store a lot. And the people that work there are very nice and know what they are talking about.
I called into the store, talked to Joe, and asked if he could create an out of the ordinary custom color combination Radarlock. Joe immediately looked through his inventory and said that he could. I told him I would be in later in the evening, showed up at the store 20 minutes later and he had them ready to go for me.
Highly recommend this location for their awesome customer service!

Cool store, but you can get better deals on Oakleys other places.
They lie about return policy
Don't go to this store if you're "poor". My marine boyfriend came in wearing Oakley glasses and Oakley hat with his marine shirt. When asking for help he was told "they do not serve his kind." Figuring it's the marine shirt, but nope was then told "no, poor people." Of course he said up yours and left. He was planning on getting a new frame from there but not now. It's ridiculous and I hope that entitled prick is fired.
