    I found Oakes Auto when I was searching online for vehicles and several I was interested in were from their lot. Their great prices and selection of cars led me to visit their lot on Saturday. I quickly found a car I was interested in with even lower mileage than I was hoping for for the price. Both Derek and Shannon were extremely friendly and helpful through both the search and payment processes. It was reassuring to hear from Derek that if they purchase a car and it does not meet their standards they will send it back rather than putting it on their lot. Shannon also helped me out with a ride to the dealership so I didn't have to find a ride there to pick up my car. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to them!

    Bianca at Oakes Auto made our experience one of a kind. After all the searching my husband and I did to find the perfect car, she was able to listen to our needs and show us the car we wanted within a matter of minutes. It was the most relieving feeling!! She made the process quick, easy and pressure free. Not to mention, she was an overall awesome person to be around!
    Jeff helped us with finance! He was very knowledgeable, kind and got us out quick! I highly suggest, if you are car shopping, go see Bianca and end your search!!

    IVAN GRAY was my salesman out of Kansas City KS. He was great! He was very polite, not pushy, very helpful and honest! They made me feel like family and I would highly recommend this dealership to others. There were no hidden fees, and the car was priced well. They answered all my questions and were super nice! They are nothing like Overland Park Jeep! They hooked me up with a great bank with a great monthly price. They try their best to get you the best prices there is! The banks they offer were here in town and if I need anything they are just a call away! I love this place! I will be back to purchase other cars from them in the future.

    I don't have any stars to give but will give them 1.... I find it interesting that all of their salespeople are for the most part under 35 if that. I have 4 successful years in the car business and I'm age 55 and present myself well. When they had openings I applied in person with a great resume of work yet the (brilliant) Adam Fanning took one look at me and wouldn't even schedule an interview...I think Dan's a decent guy but question the management in place. Unfortunately it doesn't appear they are not an equal opportunity employer and do discriminate....they like young people with little or no experience so when purchasing good luck getting a professional sales rep.

    To respond the comment left by the dealership my Customer Survey Index score at other dealerships have all been 100% and numerous rave reviews online from countless customers... but by saying we don't hire experienced salespeople with other dealer tactics did you mean( Devin) who comes from a long list of dealerships...or (Erin) who does as well. Question where does (Mr. Fanning) come from... another long list of car dealerships the last of.... don't buy what your selling. As a protected class of hire I wonder what the State or Federal Gov. would think?
    Kind of hard to know anything about my customer service ability when you take one look at me and just decide not to even sit down and interview me...seems pretty judgmental to me.

    I am a first time car buyer so I was nervous to say the least. I made an apt to meet with Travis to test drive a vehicle I had been looking at for a while. Travis was awesome! Very knowledgeable, straight forward and honest (all valuable things when working with a dealer). He was upfront about the dealer fees associated with the vehicle and their policy on negotiating vehicle prices. The process was smooth and I was out of there in a few hours with a beautiful new car. I had a lot of questions (since it was my first car purchase) and I never once felt rushed, manipulated or judged by all of my inquiries. Very pleased with my experience. Would recommend to any one.

    Derek was my sales guy. Very no frills and right up front. Bianca helped me get all my paperwork when i came back. Very helpful. Erin approved the deal i wanted. Kevin did my financing. No pressure. Very satisfied with my purchase. In and out quick.

    Sloan was a very organized and knowledgeable salesman. He certainly made my car buying experience less painful. The dealership as a whole seem to the point and don't beat around the bush for a car sale. Their prices seem to be spot on with the market value. See Sloan if you choose to buy from this dealership. I love my car!

    I stopped by on a Saturday to test drive a used luxury car. Great car, really good deal. I met with Shay, who was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and easy to work with. It was a pretty busy day, but I was given individual treatment and focus throughout my visit, and never asked to wait. Highly recommend stopping by to let her help if you're shopping.

    Buyers beware. My shopping experience at Oakes was lackluster at best. They had the specific vehicle I had been searching for but their online ad did not include the 8" scratch on the passenger door or the crack in the window. I did end up purchasing but the customer experience here once you leave the lot is very bad. As soon as the sale contract is signed, they are done with you. I bought from out of state and they had to ship the title, which they say can take up to a month. After more than a month the title had not arrived. They claim to have mailed it to me and that it was returned. I can only assume they shipped to an incorrect address as I received no notices of an attempted delivery. They also made no attempt to contact me when the tile was returned to them (serious issue #1). They car was now overdue for registration so I asked if they would please overnight the title to me. They said yes. The next day nothing showed up so I called and asked for the tracking number. They gave it to me and it showed that the shipment had not yet been picked up and that is was being shipped Ground, not overnight like they said (issue #2). I contacted them again and the person was very rude, said that is was my fault I didn't get the title when they first mailed it and that the package had been picked the day before (issue #3). She also added that they would never overnight it (which is different than what was said the day before). Because the tracking with UPS still didn't show the package was picked up yet I asked if they would contact UPS as the shipper to find out where the package was, since it should have been in their system when it was picked up yesterday. They responded that they wouldn't and "maybe UPS will scan it today" (issue #4). So now I have no idea where the title is, when it will show up and can't register/drive the car until it gets here. Find your car someplace else.

    I recently went in to purchase a new vehicle at Oaks Auto and it was a fantastic experience! I made and appointment to come in on a Sat morning. I worked primarily with Sloan and he was as friendly as can be. He was on time for the appointment, patient and very knowledgeable.
    He went over every option with me and was very open and genuine in trying to help me find the best vehicle that was reliable, that was in my price range and fit my needs.

    The dealership itself was nice as well, very clean, easy to find with an open showroom floor and all employees were hard at work the entirely of the time i was there. I also worked with their Finance Department (Kevin) he was patient and knowledgeable as well. He worked with me and went over every scenario to get me to the best price, service contract and monthly payment and APR.

    I cant thank everyone enough for their help, patience knowledge base and assistance in making something that can be nerve wracking situation easy. I would highly recommend to family and friends because of Oaks high level of professionalism, service and affordable high quality vehicles of all kinds and awesome employees (SLOAN) GO OAKS!!

    I don't have enough words to say how amazing these people are! They made buying a car fun! They're friendly, fast and very entertaining! I felt like I was part of their little family! I couldn't figure out how to close the sunroof and 4 amazing men were out there at one time trying to fix it, in the snow! I couldn't take the picture fast enough or I would include that in this review because that's just how amazing they are. While they were fixing the car, Bianca kept me entertained with her delightful conversation. As for Sloan Cloke, I can't begin to express my admiration for this charming fella! From beginning to end he kept me smiling, hopeful, and most of all he found me the perfect car! I can't thank you enough! I have not only found my dream car, I also found my new best friends!

    We we worked with Gerardo and he was very helpful. When I let him know I was interested in a car he sent me a video explaining all the features and what the car looked like. Then when we went to test drive it I already knew what to expect and look for. They were very kind and easy to work with and I did not feel pressured. It was a good experience.

    Great experience overall! Craig was awesome and so were the other staff members. They did their best to make sure we received the best rate for financing. We also had our 2 year old with us and he wasn't into the new car buying experience. They were so great and so patient with him! Craig even watched him while we signed some of the paperwork! Highly recommend these guys!

    After searching many used car dealers for a Ford Expedition, I came across one advertised by Oakes Auto. I was surprised at how thorough they were with selecting vehicles to represent their lot. Very smart buyers that take time to make sure they are purchasing top quality used cars here. I bought a 2014 Ford expedition under Kelley Blue Book price from them and it is an immaculate, one owner vehicle with service records every 5k miles! Sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Jeremy and Bianca. Both were outstanding in providing an unbiased, professional and comfortable environment to buy. I definitely recommend a trip to Oakes Auto for your next used car purchase.

    Oakes auto was the best car buying experience I had. No long wait time, wonderful atmosphere, and superb staff. Bianca was amazing and worked with me to ensure I found the car I wanted. As a college student, she was understanding and accommodating. Compared to other dealerships, they had far better terms are not just trying to make sale. Truly appreciate Oakes auto and will comeback and recommend them to everyone. I love my hybrid.
