Other than the price for a simple set of winter windshield wipers tonight I've always been n were a satisfied customer. Tonight's interactions, was less than satisfying. One would think, after yrs. Of service to this store, while in business for over 12 years , we went directly to Oriellys for parts, questions of our vehicles, n more.
Being the regular, non discrepancy issue contractor , I should be charged the msrp, on my purchases, not the inflation rate, very disappointed. I am offended , as well, due a rebate check.
I am entertaining my accountants option to look into other part stores.

The gentleman helping us went through at least six phone numbers for the looking up of a battery. After, about fifteen minutes and a lot of patience; He was able to get a battery replaced under warranty and had it ready to pick up the next day.

If you are buying name brand items like anti-freeze, oil, or polishes Oreilly's is great. On the mechanical auto parts do not buy their cheap house brand items. I have never returned so many parts before as I have since I moved here and started buying my parts there.
