Our thermostat went out a couple days before the coldest days this year. Nytech sent one of their senior techs out, Benji. He quickly identified the issue, knew how to work with our ancient system, and provided great all around service. Even showed us how to use the new thermostat, and not just leaving us with the manual! Great, affordable, and quick service, something that rarely come all together!
During a cold snap with single digit temperatures, our heat went out. Nytech sent Brennen Futa to diagnosis our system. We were thrilled that he was able to make a simple adjustment to correct our furnace. He was both professional and extremely helpful without the up sale that usually comes with technicians. His diagnosis was spot on and we have heat! Truly a blessing and helped our family sleep comfortably last night!
Our old furnace quit on us last week. Nytech was able to come out on a Friday and order us a new furnace. With the artic cold front hitting us on the following Monday, they were able to come out on Tuesday morning and get the new furnace installed! The installers were courteous and polite. The job was scheduled for a whole day and the installers were able to finish a bit early. We now have Heat! Thanks Nytech!
I cannot say enough good things about Benji and Nytech Heating and Cooling. In just 30 minutes they arrived at our property and quickly assessed the situation with our furnace. With out feeling like I was being nicked and dimed, they addressed the most immediate repairs and gave us a very good summary on possible solutions. Very very impressed. Brennen visited on time as a second tech opinion on our furnace issues and was able to out smart the previous tech who had claimed that our furnace motor was blown out. Brennen made sure that the motor is in good working condition and gave me all the details about how it works. Rather than spending thousands, I am going to only spend hundreds to get it fixed now. Thanks Brennen for your outstanding customer service. I also signed up for the maintenance plan because Brennen was so convincing and assuring :)
