Caring Now For Kids with Cystic Fibrosis was first founded with a sole focus on providing double lung transplants in people with Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Today, under new management, CNFK has changed its vision to encompass a wide variety of needs in children and adults with CF that range from help with food and utilities to medications and equipment to help with transportation and lodging needs for doctor/hospital appointments to transplants.
