My youngest son (3) attended their school. His behavior became WORSE within a week after starting the school.
He was kissed by a little girl in his class, WITH HER TONGUE IN HIS MOUTH. Also, the teacher accused my son of being the aggressive one and come to find out, THE LITTLE GIRL WAS.
My son was lied on! The program director didn't even do anything about it.
He had a few issues with the teacher and he wasn't given any time to adjust to the program. 2 weeks in and things got even worse. The teacher didn't like him from day 1 and I advise everyone to avoid the 3 year old teacher.
Also, they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES.report this review -

I just want to put out here as I'm trying to get help elsewhere again because I moved farther from this place and can't drive there all the time now-- I really loved going here. The staff isn't as rude as some reviews say, and my counselor here was the kindest I've had. This is the only place I've ever really gotten the help I needed.. Thank you

They are rude and they don’t care about the kids . They just sit there looking like they don’t want to be there .

The lady answering the phone this morning for registration is rude, should probably work on her people skills more.

It did take me a couple of days to get through to them but it was around the Holidays, The staff was amazing, nice, not rude at all. when we were there they answered the phone and were calling back people who had left voicemails. they took my concerns about my daughter very seriously and now are helping us. Nova center was recommended by Decatur General when I took my daughter to the ER. it's a nice little building. Satisfied.

It is impossible to get the front desk to answer the phone. I spent a whole week calling before I finally got them to answer. The second time it took 3 days. And this is after calling 5-10 times a day every day. Something should be done about this. It is not right. Then they want to get a attitude about you missing a appointment. Well maybe you should answer your phone so I can ask when the next appointment is. Very very annoying!!!!!!! FYI when you are in the office the front desk looks bored and annoyed!!

Horrible service !! They canceled my appointments multiple times and then blamed me for not taking my child to therapy when 90% of the time they canceled on me. Also they were very rude to my other children as well.

I have been attending for about 2 years and when you can get them on the phone they are amazing and when you're in the office it's the same. My councillor is amazing as well so ice found a trick to calling them. Just call repediately.

They never answer the phone. Been trying to call for 2 days to rescedule appointment but cant get through.
