Worst hospital set in their for 12 hours was told their was no available rooms to lay in really they pick and choose who they give a room to talking about fast track that’s nothing but them filling you up with meds and putting you back in The waiting room with other sick people u get to pick from sitting in a hard wheelchair or chair I was so sick kept asking when a bed would be available they just make up answers they gave me some pain medicine that made my body need to lay down and rest I begged and pleaded for a place to lay I was told Their was none was given a blanket and proped my legs up on the wheelchair until they took that worst experience how can u give a sick person no where to lay and put them in a chair I was their from 7-5am and never got a room evil must own this hospital. Saw the physician once they act like they don’t have time to talk to u even though I requested to speak to him over and over at 3am they told me it was a bed available then when I was being walked their they said their was none and one of the nurses laughed as if it was funny their new fast track policy sucks
This hospital posts FRAUDULENT claims! DO NOT go here if you are active duty military. I got my visit authorized by Tricare prior to my visit and the hospital said they take Tricare, and they accepted the payment from Tricare after the visit. Months later, they said they wanted the FULL, uninsured patient payment from me even though they were fully paid by Tricare and I sent them all the invoices for the payments already made. 4 collection agencies later, and they are still harassing us and dragging our credit through the mud. With each collection agency, I show them the paperwork showing this hospital is selling them fraudulent claims and the collection agency drops the case then the hospital sells the fraudulent case to collection agency after collection agency. This hospital is a SCAM, stay away!
Absolutely the worst hospital I've been in, constantly holding back on my meds, night crew were useless. Upon my discharge they lost my clothes told me wear slippers without a coat and it was the worst snow storm of the year. Finally they found the clothes and told me to file a complaint.
I would love to give zero stars. They seem nice at first. But my grandfather is possibly dying in the hospital and we get no updates on him and they do nothing but bad mouth him. They treat him like garbage. Don't allow any of your family or friends to stay at this hospital. It's so horrible
My experience at Northwest Hospital was phenomenal. The ED staffs were very cordial and knowledgeable. They were prompt into addressing my concerns and they treated the patient without delay. The price of the drugs sold in the hospital's pharmacy are very reasonable.
Had to go to emergency late in the night to get an xray. Couldn't wait till morning for patient first. By the time I leave for my home, patient first is open, birds chirping, sun has risen. Wasted whole night waiting for my xray result. If you have an emergency call 911 or go somewhere else even if its far away or if things can wait like in my case, hold off till morning and visit urgent care facility which will have you in and out in no time. Very disappointed. Never going to do this mistake again.
A PA made a MISTAKE IN WRITING MY RELATIVES MEDS WRONG DOSAGE. HEAD NURSE NO MORE WILLING TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE. WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL. LOOK AT THE STARS.
I went to the ER this morning and got discharged 2-2.5hrs after. The staff was friendly and polite. My only issue was that my nurse said she was taking out my IV but then had another nurse do it even though she could do it herself.
I was admitted after surgery. The nurses and the drs have been great. The one nurse went out of her way to keep me calm. I asked the nurse if there was a place to get a sprite and she asked if I would like her to go to cafeteria and get one for me. So when she got off work she went looking for one for me
As I sit waiting for my son to be seen in the back, I am absolutely appalled at the lack of bedside manner of the nurse charged with his care. She is rude and acts as if she is bothered when questions are asked of her. Additionally, the room is adjacent to nursing station where you can hear the nursing staff, security guard and police officer laughing and swapping stories about patients who are addicted to opioids as well as disclosing dates of births of patients who they can't seem to believe is the correct age due to their chosen lifestlye. This is so disheartening and disgusting.
Hospitals are supposed to be where ALL sick individuals receive respect, care and are met with nurses/staff who care. Patients should receive appropriate care and leave with their dignity still in tact. After all, patient care should be priority #1 and no one should leave feeling worse than when they first walked in.
While the remodel and aesthetics of Northwest Hospital are pleasing to the eye, there is still work to be done as it relates to patient care and privacy.
The medical care that I received was excellent and thorough and all of the personnel, with one exception, were highly professional, personable, helpful and caring. And as an added bonus, the food is great!
1a.m. And still waiting to see someone . At this point do you stay or run for your life. The only problem is I live near northwest hospital and thought that my husband would receive better care here. What was I thinking , this is all lifebridge.
My husband been here for 8 days. Staff very nice. Hospital has changed a lot. It's very clean. Nurses are very well qualified. I would recommend this hospital to go to.
My mother had her shoulder replaced today. Nicest staff I ever encountered in a hospital. Pretty hospital. Surgeon was great.
