I woke up to find 4 flat tires on my ONLY truck so I called AAA who got in touch with Northland at 9AM I was told they would send out a tow truck in a few hours. AAA had to call them 75 times throughout the day asking why a truck was never sent. The nice lady at AAA said a few times the man who answered was nasty to her and a few times just hung up on her. I finally got a call at 7PM from Northland telling me they wouldn't be sending a truck since my driveway was to long and had snow. So now Im without a truck and have no way to bring my truck to be fixed. I will NOT be recommending them to anyone in the future.

Ended up with two tires on the same vehicle with major punctures on Labor Day with a five hour drive ahead of us. Chris at Northland not only took our call when they were supposed to be closed, but drove over to the shop with his son and repaired them himself in short order so we could get back on the road. And we found out our friend's parents had to call on them the day before when their truck broke down. Northland provided them a loaner car so they could enjoy the weekend at a small place near a lake instead of stuck in a hotel room while they have to wait for the major repair to get done. Super nice guy and awesome service.
