Norhtlake Village provides a safe and superior place to live in Lima. Many students live here but luckily it stays quiet, I have never had to complain.

Very nice place! Pool, basketball courts, and all sorts of fun stuff to do. The staff is amazing and the apartments are affordable. 10/10 recommend Northlake village to anyone seeking affordable living!!

Overall, this is a great place to live. Everyone's friendly. There's no big partiers or overly loud neighbors. The playground, pool, and fishing pond are nice. They don't allow pets which is sad and also we've had some mail stolen on different occasions. If you receive a lot of big packages I'd recommend getting a P.O. Box.

Awesome apartment complex! Nicest places to rent in Lima with the friendliest staff. Great pool for the summer, and a huge pond to fish in. Rates are very reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend!

A fantastic spot to live for anyone and everyone. Grills, a pool, a grill and patio, basketball court, and playground. Not to mention their namesake lake (fishing is great there!) and the staff is super friendly and helpful!

I live in the townhouse apartments. Decently spacious. Rooms do not have overhead lighting. Maintenance is difficult to contact when needed but mostly fixes any issues. No pets :( Pond is great for fishing and the playground is nice. Yard on the side of our place is large enough to play with the football. It is nice here but there are restrictions and it is quite expensive.

Maintenance have addressed issues immediately. Yard care is professionally managed. The pool area is very relaxing and you can pick up the wifi if you'd like to play music or read from the internet. When I moved in there was new carpet and when my water heater quit working I had a replacement immediately!! I've read comments about college kids living there I've had no issues with college kids and I've had 3 living right next door to me. Rent includes water, sewer, and trash. I lived in a Townhouse and can say in Lima it's a fair and reasonable rent. I have small children so having a small playground is very nice too.

Tbhit's not that great. It's $800 for a 2 bed room and no washer and dry hook up. You should really look up houses for rent. You can get a 2 floor house with a garage, washer and dryer hook up and have less a** wholes to deal with for the same price. They say washer and dryer on site but they are always full because of the amount of people who live here and it cost like $1.50 for wash and $0.75 to dry or something like that. It's cheaper to go to the laundry may it but do you want to go to the laundry may for a year. Since I've been here 3 people try to get in my family's appartment. One being a drunk idiot trying to get in other people's apartment, another was a staff member who didn't know we were livingk here, and last one was a worker who entered without permission. The lady's will tell you no college students live here. Wrong , half the whole complex is college students and if you get the rooms on the bottom, they will keep you up. The walls are thin and all dry wall.
The deposit matches rent , I thought I got lucky paying $750 for a 2 bed room.

Nice place when you first see it but very soon you'll realize the cheapest material, the worst service, worst manners when you ask them to repair something.
Many people (I'm one of them) have water pipes explode in winter, and water heater, outlets, stoves, fridge that do NOT work! And guess what? When u tell them about it they start to give infinite excuses and postpone the work for few weeks or months!
The maintenance guy do not come for emergencies all the time and do NOT know how to fix many things that he should! He will simply tell u that minor leak, heater, air conditioning, hot water are not emergencies. And will let u live with that for months if u don't keep calling everyday.
I need hundred pages to tell you the bad experience I and my friends had with them :)

This is the most awesome place I found in Lima Ohio. Its a kind of Lake Village. Very nice and clean. Apartments are very precious & quite. Other amenities like Pool, basketball coart, kids garden etc. Overall nice place to Live & Great job to you all keep up the awesome work!
