This is a great facility for rehab. When my son was ready to make that jump they were there every step of the way . Communication with the parents was good as well. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I always feel in any situation there is always room for improvement and growth. Highly recommended.

Hi, my name is Collin and I was recently visited Northlake for just shy of 60 days. Northlake exceeded all expectations of what we call "rehab". They gave me so much more than your regular facility. The group facilitators, therapist, and staff really care! In my recovery I've needed more than just to be told to go to meetings. Northlake really hit home with the groups and activities they do. I will always have a soft spot in my heart for the place and everyone there.

Having been in treatment once before at Northlake Recovery I decided to return after a relapse. I chose Northlake again because of how well their health care system is, the nursing and doctors provide great assistance when it came to my mental and physical health. And with the IV bags 3 times a week provide excellent benefits of restoring our bodies back to form. The clinical staff addressed all my needs from Therapist, group Facilators, the therapeutic modalities such as bio beds and brain mapping all the way down to the techs. All the way around the staff at Northlake pays attention to every detail of my Recovery for that I'm truly thankful to everyone.there is too many great people to name but just say they all helped to make my experience at Northlake great and gave me all the tools necessary to remain clean and sober .

I absolutely love this place. The staff and administration department have treated me like family. I have a loved one at North Lake and to be away from someone you love who is going through treatment and recovery 10 hours away from home can be quite the struggle.
They have responded to every email, and text immediately. I feel as if I have gained a second family. Going through this as a loved one can be just as hard as the person seeking treatment that is in recovery.
They have gone above and beyond to support me as much as my boyfriend who is in treatment there currently. They have a personal approach that makes you feel comfortable and always welcome.
I have found a lifelong connection immediately with the counselors and administration department.
Which with past experience is not always easy when your just the loved one outside of the program.
Everyone here has been absolutely amazing in every way possible!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this facility that become my family. From day one, these people have been supporting and loving me back to life. I was able to get back on my feet and create a new life because of how greatly they impacted me. Thanks to Ashley, Miranda, Dana are the best and they do take their time to make sure your recovery is going well for each client
