We stopped at several outdoor sports stores with some questions about our paddle board, looking for some basic replacement parts and how-to's with no luck. While bigger companies suggested we buy an expensive new board and air pump, Northern Lights had everything we needed. Andrew helped us install, secure and double check the equipment before heading out to the river. Thank you for the excellent service and reassurance!
