  I have been here for over a year and I must say that I love it. The staff is awesome and if I have any maintenance problems they take care of it in a timely manner. The grounds are keep up and I never see trash any where. Keep up the good work.

  Please do not move here. In the last 6 months this complex has changed tremendously. There was a murder in the complex along with multiple car break ins. When you ask the management about providing a little bit of safety for the tenants they respond as if they could care less because they dont live here. They are doing renovations to try and raise rents but that can't change the fact that the quality of life here is terrible. Take your hard earned money else-where.

  Well first off they NEVER answer the phone!
  Second how do you give someone the wrong information about a unit and when it will be available ?! I ended up paying the app fee and when I call to get my money back you make it a problem?! Smh

  I moved in the complex in March. I have put in 2 maintenance request almost every month. One is consistently for my toilet being backed up. The maintenance team won’t properly drain the toilet so it keeps getting back up. Both toilet had mold and rust when I moved in. They will not replace them. Most of the outlets in my home don’t work. I have two work orders that are both currently aging at 2 two weeks because maintenance hasn’t come yet!!!! And I called the leasing office and was told since it was not an emergency they will come when they can. It’s not worth to live somewhere where there is constantly something wrong and no one will fix anything.
