  I have seen Dr Stevens only twice and that is how it will stay. My husband saw him first and went on and on about how wonderful he was. He sat and listened to him, asked a lot of questions, ect. I go to see him and he basically rushes me out the door. I was there to discuss two issues and only had one addressed. When my husband had his follow up, he informed Dr Steven's about my visit and Dr Steven's apologized and explained that his father had just passed the week I had gone. I overlooked that previous visit and kept my followup appt the following week. I went back, he entered the room without my chart and I basically had to start all over with my issue. He said he wanted me to take a breathing test and left the room. He was informed that I had taken one only two weeks prior so he came back in with more meds and a different type of breathing treatment for me to take for a week. He said I needed to call back a week later to let him know if meds had helped and if they hadn't, he needed schedule a chest xray. I made the call this past Wednesday (two days ago) and have yet to hear back from him. I called the office today to ask for my records and was informed I couldn't go today because the secretary had "Too much to do" and that I need to go in next week. Bet they aren't too busy to file my insurance company.

  Dr. Stevens has been my primary doctor for at least 5 years and he is just wonderful. He is very patient, caring and thorough. I have suggested him to several friends and co-workers that also have made him their primary doctor because they like him so much. If you are looking for a primary/sports doctor in the Auburn Hills area at least make an appointment with him and check out his practice. I am sure you will be happy that you did.

  They are very busy which can sometimes lead to a long hold on the phone. However, once in the office I am seen, heard and feel my issues have been addressed.

  Not sure what happened to my review, but I will leave another. Went in to follow up for my thyroid. I also experienced some palpitations at one point. They gave me an EKG (standard to do for that type of complaint) which was normal. Dr. Stevens did not palpate my thyroid but he did listen to my heart and lungs. He then basically told me to wait a year to get a follow up ultrasound because I wasn't having any dysphagia (symptoms that would be late in the disease course). He also assumed my palpitations were due to caffeine, which albeit is very possible, it may have also been due to spilling of thyroid hormone from my hashimoto's.
  
  His office never received my pathology report, never called me to get it, and when I followed up months later and insisted maybe I get an ultrasound they said they never got my pathology from my last office. It took me FOREVER to get my file to these people and I had to do all of the work. I ended up having to get my thyroid removed, something that might have happened earlier if Dr. Stevens didn't seemingly write off my complaint or at least followed standard procedures.
  
  And I agree with the above poster who said there office is incompetent. I had a technician snap at me because I didn't see she was talking to another patient on the other side of the wall, and the secretary basically had me do all of the work to get my information.
  
  My advise is to not come here or at the very least, leave the second you feel there is trouble. And always read the reviews..

  Dr. Stevens is a great Doctor and I have been with him for years. His staff is wonderful and they treat you with the greatest respect. I have always been able to get and see him when needed and you don't have to wait hours at his office to be seen. Keep up the great work!!!!!

  Dr Gregory is amazing but incompetent staff surrounds him. Don't you dare call 30 minutes before close, they won't pick up. Don't call to make an appointment they're home problems are now your problems. Clinically wise they are superior. Unfortunately, the administrative staff has the worst phone mannerisms for adults I've ever had the experience to deal with. They are completely unprofessional, rude and probably unhappy.
