    I have a 2006 Subaru legacy still runs great. Excellent service here. Matt in the service department goes above and beyond for customers. I will most likely buy a Subaru from North end when the time comes.

    I have been using North End Subaru for periodic maintenance and repairs of my 2011 Legacy since I bought it. I'm consistently happy with the entire experience - the ease of setting up a convenient appointment, the friendly & knowledgeable service staff, the quality of the work done, and the availability of a loaner for the lengthier appointments. My Legacy is a great car, and North End Subaru helps me keep it that way!

    I used Mazda's website to find the car I wanted. North End had the 2017 Mazda 6 MT Sport that I wanted. I did the research on what a fair deal would be. We test drove the car. Mark Atkinson (Internet Sales) didn't do the "I have to go talk to my manager" deal. He offered us a fair price and we bought the car. No games, no muss, no fuss. They delivered the car to me today and I registered it. Total sale time was less than two hours all included. I know it helps to know what one wants and to go to a dealer that has the car one wants, but North End said they would take care of us and they did. Highly recommended.

    I can't say enough about how much I love North End Subaru. They treated me like family, whereas other dealerships I visited recently treat you like a number.
    Greg was my sales representative and he is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. I purchased a new 2018 Impreza from him after he sold my fiancee an Impraza last year. As great as he is, the rest of the sales and service staff are just as outstanding.
    Will definitely be recommending North End to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

    I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Northend Subaru. I have been a lover of Subarus for many years and have owned both Foresters and Outbacks. I currently own a 2015 Outback and I recently scheduled an appointment for an oil change. On the way to the appointment, I was thinking I best ask about a tire rotation since I really had no idea when that should be done. Upon arrival, I was greeted pleasantly, by smiling faces. They asked my name and pulled my sheet for the oil change. The gentleman then said 'you might want to think about getting your tires rotated' and gave me the price. Bingo, I said, as I was just going to ask you about that. I also asked him to have the service tech check my gas cover as some gas station attendants had mentioned it was tough to close. I went to the very accommodating waiting area and read while they worked on my car. After a reasonable amount of time, I was called out and advised they were done. The gentleman who checked me in then went over the service sheet and advised what they did and how they addressed the particular issues I brought up. They also washed my vehicle and advised they did a walk around on it. All good. I left feeling good about the work done on my car and good about the people taking care of me at the desk and in the garage. Keep up the good work !

    Bought my Subaru WRX here. Good Experience.
    Had engine trouble with the car eventually. Complex problem, needed a lot of work. Took a long time. But here's the thing:
    1. They were unfailingly polite.
    2. Gave me a loaner for the entire repair time without a fuss.
    3. Did every damn bit of work under warranty, even when they had to fight with the parent company over it. Did not charge me a dime for any of it. Excellent, excellent work. Could not be more pleased.

    Spring 2017 traded in a Toyota to purchase my first Subaru. North end gave a me top value for my Toyota. My salesman Greg was patient and listened too what my wants and needs were for a family vehicle. My first service went above and beyond any auto service ive ever experienced. Overall very pleased.

    Buying a car for me is like going to the dentist. It is not my favorite thing to do. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and I have to say this has been one of the best experiences that I have had. There was only one other time when I was into Jeeps that I had an equal experience. This experience brought me back to dealing with small town dealership and their personalize customer service. Justin was so easy to talk to, no pressure and very attentive to every question I asked. I can't thank him enough for making this experience one of the best! I will be back and will definitely refer your dealership.

    I have leased/purchased four Imprezas and each time I have worked with Greg at North End Subaru. Greg is a fantastic team payer and always makes the buying process smooth and effortless. Additionally, the rest of the team at North End Subaru always do their best to help when you you need it most. I travel from NH to work with these folks and have never regretted my loyalty to this team.

    So I did my research first of course. I went on a Sunday just to test drive a Subaru. I was greeted with a warm hello from John O'Connor. He made me feel right at home. He answered all my questions. Found exactly what I was looking for. The test drive was the best part. He took me on all road types so I could see how the car does. He also made it enjoyable; wicked funny guy!! I decided if anyone is fining to get my sale it's John! The people are so professional and nice. Took me on a tour of the dealership so I felt at home. When I went to pick up my car John left me some roses and a card saying congrats . Hands down the best place to buy a car!!! I will never buy a car anywhere else! And everyone needs to ask for John!!!

    Went to get my passenger side airbag replaced due to a recall. Had a 9am appointment, told it would take 3 hours. Called at 2:30pm, they hadn't started it and they told me it would be done at the end of the day (they closed at 5:30pm that day). At 3:30 they called to tell me the new airbag was faulty, they didn't have another, and they'd need to keep my car until the next day. But that they'd start working on it at 8am and it would be done within an hour. It wasn't done until 11am. And then the driver side vent was not working and I had to take it back to be fixed on a different day (turns out they put it back together wrong). The vent fix only took 30min, so I guess that was good. But overall not a good experience.

    My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car at North End Subaru. We ended up purchasing a Toyota Rav 4 and the salesman we had, Dan, was very considerate of our needs! Our car ended up having some recalls on our vehicle and without hesitation they took care of everything even after I purchased my vehicle. They took my car to a Toyota dealer and gave me a rental car! They brought it back two days later and that was it! It was no hassle for me or my husband. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good experience with a salesman and a dealership!

    Worth the drive if you're not in the neighborhood. These folks really appreciate their customers and it shows in every way.
    The Sales folks were awesome during the whole purchase process and I've been going back for service ever since. The service department folks, Anthony in particular, are pleasant and willing (eager even) to explain the service needed. Waiting area is clean with good coffee and wifi too. Excellent service in a timely manner with fair prices, in a clean place, with nice people... can't ask for more than that!

    Horrible absolutely horrible since the day I decided to buy my truck I've had issues with them. First off didn't get my truck for over a month after u bought it because their service department sucks but once I finally got it I've had one issue after another! Several times I've left messages for them to call back and help or schedule a appointment and never received a call back so I'd have to call again. Two times I brought it there they over booked my appointment so sent me a half hour home to drive back another day more convenient for them. Now I'm having issues on issues with my truck and made a appointment to have it fixed and they couldn't figure it out so had to reschedule me again for 2 weeks later and today I was on my way to drop it off on my way to work and called to make sure they still had a loaner car that they promised me I could use and obviously they said they didn't so now I have to work around my schedule to reschedule another appointment once again to have everything fixed... never been more disappointed in a "buisness" in my life neverrrr!

    After having a terrible experience attempting to buy a new Mazda 3 sedan I wanted from Lannan Mazda in Lowell, I solicited quotes from other area Mazda dealerships. Mark Atkinson from North End Mazda/Subaru was one of the first to respond to me. Rather than just trying to get me into the dealership right away like the others, Mark was genuinely helpful. He personally went out on their lot (without my asking) to verify that they had the exact car I wanted on their lot. He was very straightforward, helpful, and no pressure via email and phone so I decided I really wanted to buy from Mark.

    I went right into the dealership that day and Mark was a delight to work with. Mark was perfectly straightforward, helpful, honest, and knowledgeable, with no manipulation or pressure. Whether it was discussing the car I wanted, my old trade in car, or the loan I wanted, Mark was great to talk and work with. He made it smooth, easy, and hassle-free.

    For the loan I needed, Mark referred me to Mike Pinto who also works at North End Mazda/Subaru. Mike handles the loans and was as friendly, relaxed, straightforward, helpful, and easy to work with as Mark was. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns perfectly. There was never any pressure. Mike was just focused on helping me get the best loan and deal for me.

    I ended up with the exact Mazda 3 sedan I wanted with a great loan. I was so pleased with my experience with Mark and Mike that I was happy to give them my business and eager to tell my friends and family about it. This is the sort of ideal car buying experience I always want to have going forward.

    I worked with JJ and Matt Lynch in service! I just wanted to take a second and summarize what to expect when dealing with their Service Department. First of all, these guys are awesome! Very personable and understanding people. Just for some context: My engine was blown up due to an OE replacement part failing. While undergoing an extensive claims process that dragged on the folks at North End Subaru went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me deal with a very difficult situation! They supplied me with awesome advice, required paperwork, and patience that I am grateful for beyond words! I even met some of the sales guys over there who were great too! North End Subaru is awesome!

    This was our first trip to North End Mazda and we were certainly impressed with the "no pressure" atmosphere we experienced there. Jeremy went above and beyond any salesman we have ever dealt with to explain all the features of the car, all the options available, and what could match my needs. I purchased the Mazda CX 5 Grand Touring in Soul Red, It was beautifully prepared for delivery! In the finance department we met with Jason. Once again, an extremely satisfying experience.
    A 5 Star performance from all the staff involved, especially Jeremy!!!
