Super service great people my envoy broke down on 77 and had it towed to a hotel the next morning got it to them mind you I was about 7 hr from home and it was the day after Christmas and they got me right in and fixed it can not say thank you enough A++ Car mechanic

Blown away at the generosity of this shop. We were traveling through Elkin and our alternator went out. This shop went out of their way to make sure our car was repaired and on the road quickly. I highly suggest this place!

We are so thankful and appreciative of the staff at North Elkin Auto. We were driving from PA to Asheville, NC and hit a pot hole on the Blue Ridge Parkway which bent the wheel of our car. We just happened to come across North Elkin Tire & Auto and stopped in to see if they could help us so that we wouldn't be left driving the spare for 2 more hours. Not only were they able to fix our wheel enough to get us to Asheville and back to PA, but they were also able to do it immediately and get us back out the door in under an hour at a very reasonable cost! The man working with us even brought us into the shop to show us what part of the wheel they were able to repair, and what we would need to address when we got back to PA. We are so happy we stumbled upon North Elkin Auto, the service was excellent and we would 10/10 recommend this shop.

Driving through from FL to ME. Cargo carrier on hitch on back of car got a little loose and noisy. Called and got help immediately. Great people helped my wife and me. Great job. Huge Thanks to Mike and the team at North Elkin Tire and Automotive! I'd recommend them anytime for all automotive needs.

Had a appointment for alignment, was told 1.5 hours after I dropped it off they did not have time to align it today!! I drove 30 minutes to get there on a Saturday (I work Monday-Friday and only have two days off). They tell me I need to reschedule and bring it back. When I get there to pick my truck up they have another truck on the alignment rack?? Guess they don't have time for me, but did have time form the next guy. Or they could make more $$$ working on 3 cars in the time it would have spent to actually align my truck!!!

We were towed to this garage after breaking down on the interstate. Mr Kelly and his crew worked overtime, helped us get to a hotel and got us back on the road early next morning. We had no further problems so they did quality work and the bill was reasonable. Thanks to them for a job well done.

4 hours into a 13 hour trip our car wouldn't go above 20mph. We got towed to this place unannounced and they took in our car immediately. Barely 2 hours later our car was fixed and running perfectly and we were able to get back on the road. Incredibly nice people and incredible service.
