Staff was very helpful with set up, and called me right back when I had a billing question. Price was competitive. Space was clean, dry and easily accessible by U-Haul truck.

Space was clean and easy to get in and out of. Online payments were very helpful. Staff (Autumn) was always pleasant and friendly to work with. Would use them again.

I have used them twice and no problems whatsoever both times. Online payments and auto bill pay is great and Autumn the manager is always pleasant & helpful! Clean facility, clean storage's I couldn't ask for anything better!

I used North Charlottesville Self Storage for three years during my time at UVA. The employees were always extremely helpful. On multiple occasions, they came in after hours to help when I was locked out or needed assistance. Additionally, the facilities are clean and safe. Definitely recommend this place!
