  I had a very good experience with Normal Gadgets with the recent replacement of my battery in my iPhone 6. They were very professional, thorough and timely. They also replaced the cracked screen protector on my phone for only $12 as it was done at the same time as the battery replacement. They are probably not the cheapest option out there but my previous experience with some of the cheaper options for iPhone/iPad repairs was not good. I would recommend them for their service.

  Such an unfortunate experience I just had with Normal Gadgets. I have been there on more than one occasion and typically recommend them to other people. However, I got my iPhone screen replaced on Monday night. Flash forward to Thursday afternoon, and my screen has a crack down the center of it. A perfectly straight line, that would in no way justify a fall. I brought it in assuming they installed it a little too tight and the pressure finally cracked it. The staff wasn’t willing to accept that they either put in such a low quality screen that breaks while sitting on a desk or that they installed it incorrectly. I was offered a discounted rate to replace the screen again, which basically says “yeah, we know we screwed up.. but we’re too cheap to do the right thing and replace it.” So unfortunately I will never go back, and I will tell the hundreds of people I work with to also go elsewhere with their money.

  Talk about doing the impossible, Normal Gadgets did the impossible. I broke the insert of my earbuds in my cell phone. I had taken it to 2 other places to get the stem out but they couldn't without possible damage to my phone. I'm thinking, I have to buy a new phone. It was suggested to take it to Normal Gadgets. What could I lose. I took it in and the staff was VERY friendly and courtesy. I explained my dilemma. The staff told me to take a seat. I left and returned 20 minutes later. Lo and behold, he handed me my phone and told me they were able to remove the stem. and the phone was fine. WOW!!! My favorite NEW place. Thank You.

  I completely shattered my iPhone screen the other night (for the second time) and immediately scheduled an appointment for the following day. Benjamin explained to me that he was confident that he would be able to fix my phone screen within a few hours (it would have been shorter but he was waiting on the shipment, which was completely fine). I was not expecting that it would be done in that short amount of time! I was so impressed with their customer service and their willingness to help and fix any type of issue you may have with your device! This was my second time coming to Normal Gadgets and I could not be more pleased with my experiences there and with their helpful staff! They are extraordinary, thank you for all your help and hard work. I definitely will recommend Normal Gadgets to any of my friends!

  They were friendly and knowledgeable about how to fix the 2 laptops that brought in. One had a broken screen and the other had a broken charge port. They fixed both eithin a week. The only complaint I had was initially I was told that a part was ordered from overseas and wouldn't be in for almost TWO MONTHS. I explained that this would not work because we needed the laptop for school. The tech then spoke to someone and was able to get the part in within a week...that was odd but it all worked out in the end.

  Great fast service at a fair price. People like to leave reviews when things go wrong and often forget to do the same when things go right. This leaves customers only seeing the negative side. We dropped off our child's PS4 because it kept ejecting the games. We were told it could be a bad drive or just needing a cleaning. We were also told it could take a week. Well just a couple days later we had the fixed system back and working great. It only needed realigned. They also only charged us the diagnostic fee.

  My experience was great. I came in with a pretty damaged iPhone 7 screen (ran over by a car) and was replaced in just a few hours. BUT it has been a few weeks now (still under 30 days) and now every other night around 1 am my phone ghost types pretty violently until I just shut it off and back on again. I've only had it for a few months and I definitely know it didn't do it before I got my screen replaced. Now I'm just hoping I can get it re-replaced for close to nothing.

  Amazing service. Great prices. Friendly atmosphere. I can't get enough of these guys. Had my phone (my business, my life) fixed in under 30 minutes. My only regret was not taking it to them sooner.

  I took in a Macbook Pro after my screen had just randomly died out. They did the repair and found out that even with a new screen, the computer was malfunctioning. The tech did some research and found out that this particular model has a recall for that exact problem. I'm taking it to a certified apple repair store now, and I hope they will fix it free of charge. The workers in there were very nice and I appreciate the extra effort of the tech.

  I walked into Normal Gadgets for problems with both my iPhone and my IPad. I had updated my phone and now my apple ID was not working and my IPad continued to freeze up etc. Also we noted that the e-mail on my phone was not the same as the one in the cloud. The phone company instructed my to call apple but I was afraid that I didn't have enough knowledge to follow their instructions. There was no wait at Normal Gadgets. Drew spent significant time helping me and attempting to explain what I didn't understand. After about 30 minutes my phone and IPad were working fine and Drew said there was "NO CHARGE". This is my third time going to Normal Gadgets. Each time they have seen me immediately and were able to answer my questions or fix item's. I will go back to Normal Gadgets next time I have a technology problem and recommend it to others.
