The employees at the Joe Malone counter are racist. Went to buy perfume with my mom & as soon as the girl heard my mom's accent she pretty much blew us off and wouldn't help us. Not the kind of place I wanna spend money in again.

Hopefully this issue is fixed so I can change my rating. Bought a pair of uggs online they came in the mail but were the wrong size. No problem I understand it happens. Went to the the store to exchange them employees were very helpful and friendly. Was notified that they would mail out the right size. So 4 days later which is today I received the shoes 2/20/2017. I opened the box and found an unpacked dirty and used pair of uggs. The bottom sticker on the she was dirty and had been placed back on. The soles are scuffed and worn. I wish I could post pics cause even the box had white stickers over the labels white the shoe info written on them. So use caution when ordering from Nordstrom cause thier shipping department needs some serious overhauling after sending out these shoes. I paid for new uggs in the original box with original packaging.

My wife use to shop at Northstrom. Not any more. Politics don't mix with business. By dropping Ivanka's Trump line you loose American clientele.

My only complaint would be that the ladies at the perfume department will not leave you alone to breathe or think about what you'd like. You'll get about 3 people at a time shoving new gift sets in your face. Really annoying. They need to back off

If I am going to spend $150 on an ugly T-Shirt it's going to be in Beverley Hills not at some wannabe fashion store at the worst mall in California. The prices are horrible, sales people here are douchbags and they have no signs at the escalator telling you what is on the next floor. Avoid this store and this mall all together it's pathetic. Zero stars!!!
