Best Rack I've been in for 25 years. I do not like the new one in Kirkland, wa. For our age and I spe a k for 2 adults . Great service.
This place is sooo disorganized and under staffed but they do have a security guard at the door to combat shop lifting I just wish they were as concerned about the paying customers experience as they are with shop lifters!! Finding a matched pair of shoes is a joke and to be honest the deals are not that great either I guess if u have the time and stamina to dig u may find one or two great deals but other wise not worth it they don't even have those measure your foot things so u know the size of ur child's foot I finally found someone to ask of we could use one and 20 minutes later they RE emerge saying they can't find one which honestly is no surprise if the customer sales floor is in such disarray that the back room behind counters and employee only areas would be even worse. Very disappointed will never go there again!! I wasn't even there during a peak shopping time like a weekend I was there a wendsday evening and there went a whole lot of customers but there was defiantly a immeasurable amount of chaos!! But don't worry they have a security guard so no one is stealing but no one is tolerating the mess of a store to be buying anything at darn near regular price either!!
Closed for Easter and this info is no where online. Just says they are open and Easter might effect these hours. Love the rack but wish I didn't drive all the way here
We visit Nordstrom Rack first in many years, we find a lot of changes: became cleaner, more cashiers and express payment station. A lot of people came for big sale but we didn't feel it, last it was bad expirience 'coze it wasn't clean and many products were on floor. Today it is Nice place and we are already start telling friend to visit Nordstrom Rack.
I love Nordstrom's so when I learned that there was a Nordstrom Rack near by, I had to check it out. My first impression was that the store has somewhat of a "Ross" look to it, especially since large amounts of clothing are crammed into circular racks. It was nice to see designer labels, however, and at reduced prices! It was easy to get lost searching through rack after rack. The jewelry section was disappointing in that most of what was displayed was very disorganized and the jewelry was all entangled with each other. The staff were friendly yet not overbearing, and the lines at the registers were easy flowing, not congested. Overall this is a great place to shop.
Great products, poor merchandising. Often very crowded and hard to get through. But still my preferred Rack because of the products.
Waited in the VERY long line. A very excited women rushed in front of me claiming she was next. Fine. Instead of taking me next they continued to help the people behind me in line. So I finally left. Won't be going back anytime soon.
Finding parking here on the weekends can be a bit much. The store itself has several checkout locations throughout the store, which was great, as it can get busy at times. They have a very good selection of different brands such a Free People, Paige jeans, Joe's Jeans, etc. Pretty good deals on clearance items, which is were I found my top for a concert. I don't think I saw anything over $30 on clearance but I didn't look at jeans. Only thing I disliked was that it seemed to be a bit more crowded with clothing fixtures which definitely has changed over the years. I felt that they had a good selection with less clothing beforehand but it was a bit more pricier then. So it's pretty much a Marshalls with better clothing.
I may have had some 'miss' visits, but I think this store is just "okay". Discounts are great; Staff is really accommodating. But the selection just hasn't been what I thought it was going to be. Its definitely Nord's "clearance" store so you get what is available. I find it difficult to find smaller jean sizes (husband wears a 28-30 waist) as they've probably already been purchased. On the positive side, there are a ton of children's' shoes. No maternity, but a large selection of regular women's clothing with a few very nice gowns. There is a "home" section but it is tiny. Also, jewelry is present, but the selection didn't catch me any time I visited. TL;DR: Great discounts; Small selection.
It's a mad house :( Hard to find anything if you are looking for something specific. Not worth the minimal price breaks. Sorry.
Returned shoes that hurt and found new shoes that fit really well. No hassle return.
So many great deals! Love "The Rack!"So, other than the fact it is a little bit messy here, especially in the makeup section, broken or opened packaging which makes me not want to buy the items especially to put into my face, who knows who has been touching them.
Overall they have a ton of amazing deals and super cute stuff! Great location as well..
Always with messy and over stuffed racks. Shoes off the shelves and everywhere on the floor of the shoe department. Shoes are scuffed and stretched out from being tried on so many times! Customer service hit and miss. Checkout lines always, always long. Overpriced merchandise in general. Some brand names worth buying but they are not a lot to choose from.
This is the second time I have had to wait in the check out line to get the security tag removed from the very top button hole which makes it impossible to try the shirt on. The first two I purchased were Tommy Bahama, this was Under Armour. I almost left the store before trying it on because I didn't want to wait in the check out line to get the security tag removed. Had I not really liked the shirt I wouldn't have. I am writing this because both times I explained this to the associate they seemed completely disinterested. Given that the two events are two months apart it seems they were and have no intention of correcting it. This is not what I expect from your company. I have been a customer since the 70s. Remember Brody? I do
I was able to get everything I could want. The prices were low and I got top notch Nordstrom stuff
I usually find good men's shirts here by designers I like. But for the amount of business this store has, the checkout lines are usually too long for me to justify the time spent in line and I've put the shirt back on the rack and walked out more than once. They really need more checkstands, the revenue can afford them.
Packed so it's difficult to get shopping cart through the clothes racks/rounders. Expensive lackluster clothing. Couldn't find anything I liked enough to open my wallet except for costume jewelry. Not a bad selection on jewelry and prices are on point. I was looking specifically for a comfy but nicer than sweatshirt sweater, and a comfy bra. I couldn't find either. Ended up going to Marshalls and found both for much better prices! On the plus side, the staff are friendly at The Rack, and it was clean.
Typically it's a great place to pick up high quality clothing at a good price. That said, I've found most of their items to be priced on the high side and usually only end up picking up one or two items. Their line ups are quite long too.
Prepare for an adventure when you shop here. The first time I shopped here, I spent a long time trying to find the right shoe for my toddler, and when I got to checkout, the lines were so long, I left with nothing. We visited again last weekend and had success buying some great shoes for my husband at a decent price. If you're not in a hurry, you dont mind digging or waiting in line and you are looking for mainstream fashion at somewhat discounted prices, give this place a try.
