Usually really like it here. Don't understand why u have to have a Nordstrom card in order to get the anniversary sell price. I'm a regular shopper there. It shouldn't matter if someone has a card or not.
(Especially since the store is closing soon)

Great place to get an amazing shoe shine at Nordstrom while you shop and they welcome drop offs, y will continue going there just for that reason!!

I wouldn't have called myself a Nordstrom shopper before but I do now.
After buying a very expensive pair of shoes from Nordstrom rack that were defective, n.rack would not return them because they were used for a day.
I went into Nordstrom as a last ditch effort to see if they could help me, and they did! I showed them my n.rack receipt and the shoes showed up in their system no problem. I was able to get my return and the sales rep made my day
Because of this experience I plan to always try to shop at Nordstrom because of the care and service they showed me

Clean, usually organized and the staff is always helpful. I love shopping where things are organized! Only place that is usually a bit messy is the sales and dress department.

Recently went to this Nordstrom location to return some items. Walked into the men's department where one of the sales staff in mens fragrance acknowledged me but did not seek to assist. Walked to two different cashier stations and still could spot no one to assist me. I used my cell phone to look the store phone number up on the internet for the main switchboard and called to ask if someone could be sent to the men's department. After the call, A young lady walked up to assist me who was dressed like a customer with no name tag or any visual sign that she was an employee of Nordstrom. I found that there were two employees in the department who were dressed like customers who never acknowledged my presence. I see why this Nordstrom Men's department always appears to be empty. Not normal for Nordstrom. Stay away from this location and go to the Tyson store, they will appreciate your business and you will experience the true Nordstrom treatment of being a valued client.
