I'm not sure if I like or love this mall. It's never crowded ever since you need to pay for parking. Not sure if that's boring or convenient. The stores are nicer compared to Park Meadows and other malls around. However not comparable to Aspen shopping, obviously.
Staff is very helpful, Even though they did not have what I wanted, Psycho Bunny, They help me in a direction where to find some. Thx.
By far the best customer service and staff! Very fortunate to have this store so close to my home.

Availability of select brands and one is almost always guaranteed to find size stock as they will order it for you for store pick up later OR, (and this I love), shop online and pick up at store later.

I had one of the best shopping experiences of my life at this Nordstrom. Lindsay, a clerk in the women's special occasions area. She was incredibly helpful, I would recommend this store and specifically Lindsay to anyone.
I bought a luxury handbag, and Nordstrom sent a used handbag, the hardware are scratched very badly. When I tried to exchange a good one, the manager told me because I got the bag on discount, so the small flawless is ok, and all the same color bags are display, so they are not perfect as well. I don't understand when Nordstrom start sell used luxury handbag?!! Even though I got the bag on a price match, it means I should keep a thousand dollar used handbag? What is the whole meaning of price match? This manager also told me they are not allow to price match Saint Laurent handbag, so even the exchange is a favor that he willing to give. I heard Nordstrom has the best customer service, and I really don't agree. The customer service is actually depends on different stores, Nordstrom are really hit and miss! Will not go to this store purchase anything!!! Highly don't recommend this Nordstrom!
Nordstroms has customer service DOWN. This is by far my favorite place to grab higher-end products.
Dave Maynard in the Men's Shoe Department assisted me this last weekend. It has been a long time since a salesperson has been knowledgeable and helpful in my shopping experience. I went in looking for boots and found out that was not what I wanted. I ended up with two pair of shoes that I really like. Good job, Dave!
Worst experience. I have never been frustrated by a Nordstrom's before. This retailer normally goes above and beyond however, this particular location is substandard. I payed for a shirt in store to be delivered to me at home. Somehow, which could not be explained, the order was cancelled the same day I purchased it. I waited 10 days and called the store to check the status and only then was I informed the order was cancelled. If I hadn't called the store, I would have never known the status. Poor customer service. I was on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get this situation rectified. The manager was completely sarcastic and annoying.
The Nordstrom here is bad. Overall, I've had nothing but bad experiences at most Nordstorms.
I have walked through and no one bothers to help me. I've had to flag people down who were "busy" chatting with friends or coworkers about life after work.
I was once needing a dress shirt, suit coat and tie and basically had to force them to sell me everything. They didn't tell me about alteration options.
Overall, just bad.
I normally am very pleased with my shopping experiences in the skincare department in Nordstrom but today I almost felt stalked. I'm looking for a really intense moisturizer and when someone asked me if I needed help, I described what I wanted. She worked for a specific line so of course that line had the best moisturizer (I usually find the staff more objective than that). I tried the product and told her I wanted to walk around and let the product sink in. That was true but I also wanted to get away from her a bit. I walked all the way back to the edge of the dept and she followed me there to show me another product!! And when I walked near her counter again she made eye contact again. Sorry but it made me feel too much pressure. I wanted to look at some items at a counter across from hers, but I just can't. Going home now without buying a moisturizer.
I had an issue with my Nordstrom card and thanks to Amy the Cosmetics department manager it has all been resolved and the credit bureau has been notified that this should not went against my credit thank you so much Amy you went above and beyond I appreciate your help you are amazing!!
Sara M. in the B.P. department is AMAZING!! Shopping for shorts is not an easy feat but she made it enjoyable. Not only did she help me find shorts to try on from her section, she also pulled some from free people which was such a help and more than I can say for other times I have shopped here. In addition to her assistance in the store, she later called me to let me know I had left my sunglasses there. That is just so above and beyond!! Thank you Sara!!
