Friendly staff! I had a horrible incident with my dog and a friends dog and they handled the emergency with ease. I had never been prior to the accident and they took my pups without question and got them all fixed up! I will be back for routine check ups for sure.

Worse customer service!! They open at 7:30 am, got there at 8:30 am with only one customer there & receptionist stated I needed a appointment for a simple shot update. The girls were snobby and had no desire to help me as a customer, personally felt discriminated against for my appearance & the breed of my dog. Then to top it off they state "My dog needs a wellness check" not even telling me the price first hand. My $11 trip turned into a $58 at check out. Not satisfied.

They have been nothing short of amazing providing extensive care for our cat who was shot. They had to remove his eye and were able to save his leg instead of amputate and he is healing well. All the staff has been incredible!

I recently called this office to have my records transfered to a clinic in the town we have moved to. The receptionist insisted that I track down the other clinic's fax number and call her back with it before she would send the records. I was driving and had no time to do so. This was very poor customer service. Most vet clinics have a directory they can access, or she could have just Googled it. Glad we moved away and won't be going back.
