Awesome place to work out. Machines are kept in great order. They got not only a sauna but a tinning bed as well. They got showers and a locker room. Owners a pretty nice guy. Great rates.

I visited Mena for a week on business and worked out here. First of all the week pass give you 24 hour access and it was $16. Incredible value, good equipment that includes Cybex treadmills and a large variety of strength training equipment to work every area of the body. Overall I would highly recommend it.

Great place, anything you need, plenty of equipment so you won't have to wait on someone else to get done with one. Owner and workers are really nice.
