Cody Hillis at Nissan of Cookeville was extremely helpful. Best car buying experience I've ever had to be honest. He never pushed anything I didn't want, and made sure I got the best deal he could get me. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Great dealership. I bought my truck and last car there. Scott Davenport is a great guy. He's a straight shooter doesn't try to jerk you around. He's honest. A man of very good character. I've had good service there. Highly recommend this dealership.

Kenton and the Nissan of Cookeville team went above and beyond in helping us find a excellent used car within our price range and got us all squared away in the financing of the vehicle. I can't say more on the friendliness and the helpfulness that Kenton and the Nissan team did for us, even in contacting us several time's more than a month later to find out how we were doing and if we had any problems at all. I find that to be Excellent Salesmanship on their part which I've never experienced anywhere.report this review -

We stopped by several other dealerships that were closer to us and ended up driving an hour and a half to Nissan of Cookeville due to their unbeatable prices. What impressed us the most was the ease of the purchase. Kenton Curtis took very good care of us. It felt more like buying from a friend than a salesman. We really appreciate not having to deal with all the add on fees that make no sense or the pushy tactics used by most car dealerships. This was truly a different car buying experience for the better and we will definitely be return customers in the future because of that. Special thanks also to Stephanie Boles who did an exceptional job with the finance details. She was very pleasant to work with. Everyone we dealt with at this dealership was very courteous and professional!

This dealership won’t sell you lemons; their used cars are well inspected and in great shape. On the Sales department, you want to work either with John, Walter, or Brandon. Those guys are amazing and will treat you like a king. On the Service department, Josh is the guy to work with; his customer service skills & knowledge are second to none.

Jeff Harrison took great care of me yesterday. We were both straight forward and he understood I was walking away of the deal didn't work for me. Very friendly easy to talk to and did everything he could to make my experience outstanding. Even after the sale he is still making sure I'm taken care of.Stephanie the financing rep took the time and made sure all the numbers where understood before the first thing was signed. Not pushy at all from anyone. I hate buying from dealerships as their are bad ones out there that only care about making the sale. But the group of people we dealt with cared about making sure we were happy and worked hard to make the deal happen as best as possible with our terms.

My husband and I have been "car shopping" since 2015. In 2015 we met Walter Lee. I told Walter up front that we weren't quite ready to make our purchase just yetwe hadn't decided exactly what vehicle we wanted. He took the time to go over all the questions we had and we spent time in two different vehicles that day. We left him without making a purchase. But, we told him that when we did, he would be the person we would come back to. We kept in contact with Walter until 2016then life happened and we had to do other things besides purchase a car. Fast forward to 2017Labor Day weekend. We have finally decided on our vehicle of choice and go back to Nissan of Cookeville to see Walter. After all this time, he remembered us and was so kind and patient with us (just like he was before). He answered all of our questions, got us (me) the car..well SUV I wanted and went over every "bell and whistle" inside of her. More than once, if I needed him to. Walter Lee is the best car salesman I've ever encountered! Ever. We also worked with Brandon Williams and Stephanie Boles. We were very happy with everyone that we worked with at Nissan of Cookeville. They all made this purchase of our 2017 Nissan Rough the best experience in purchasing a new vehicle ever! A special thank you to Walter Leehe really is the best, most patient salesman I've ever seennever pushy, always kind and knowledgeablehe really wants his customers to be happy! We're happy!!

I was very pleased with my experience at Cookeville Nissan. Scott Davenport was extremely patient and worked with us within our budget to find the perfect vehicle. I very much appreciated not feeling pressured to purchase before I was ready to purchase. The hassle free experience was top notch! I would definitely recommend Scott and the rest of the team at Cookeville Nissan to friends and family.

I always usually don't like going to car dealerships. It's usually a high pressured environment and I don't like that. Well, Eddie made this car buying experience enjoyable. He was extremely helping in answering all my questions and made me feel comfortable and did NOT PRESSURE ME AT ALL. I appreciate him being patient with me and not pushing me at all. Best car buying experience to date!! Paul Woody was an absolute PLEASURE! I had a lot of anxiety from past experiences. Paul went above and beyond!! We never felt hassled or pushed like we have experienced at dealerships in the past. I don't know if car buying is ever considered enjoyable, but it really was a great experience. Everyone went out their way to be sure we were happy! Highly recommend Paul Woody and Nissan of Cookeville!!

We would like to take a moment to share how pleased we were with our recent purchase at Nissan of Cookeville. We spoke by phone with Salesman Scott Davenport. He listened to our requests & respected our wishes for time to consider making a purchase. Even while out of town he made sure we were well cared for & well informed. Upon returning he had us on the top of his follow up list. He had a vehicle waiting that met our every expectation & followed through until we drove away in our new Nissan Rogue. Very pleased with our Nissan experience. We would certainly be glad to work with Scott on any future purchases. We were also well pleased with Stephanie Boles, Finance Department, in helping with our financing questions & concerns.

We just bought a new 2017 Murano SL from your dealership and have to say the experience was great! Thank you to Jeff Harrison for taking the time to really explain all the features on our choice, listening to what my wife wanted the most and what I needed for the sale to be done. The entire dealership staff treated us nice and the whole length of the purchase was fairly short with no pressure sales about the deal. Thanks Jeff for the positive experience.

Scott Davenport is the most understanding and honest salesman I have ever met, and I have met a lot of people in the marketing profession. I was extremely happy with our visit and the process from the time we entered until we departed with our new Vehicle. Adam and Zack were very helpful through the entire process, were very attentive and kept us in the loop during the entire process. These guys were very up front and honest about the entire deal and had our wants and concerns in their best interests. I would definitely recommend them and will be back for our next purchase.
