We like to have their cheese 'n steak sub every every time we crave subs. My family and I like it in whole wheat bread and with some viggies. Very good. We visited Philadelphia city and we were excited to try their famous steak subs and after a long line we were very disappointed that it was horrible, so much salt and saggy.
Ninth Street Deli is waaaay better than the famous Philly steak subs.

I love 9th St Deli! It's been years since I lived in Indiana but I was determined to eat here during a recent visit. Just the same great food and service as I remembered! Fast service, friendly staff and delicious food. The fresh sub rolls are so good. I always get the Black Forest Ham sub and even the "regular" size is 12 inches -- plenty to share or save for later. Thanks again!!

One of the best steak and cheese subs around. The burgers are great too. Nice people and the prices are reasonable for what you get. If you like potato salad theirs is great.

Best (family-owned) sub shop around, including the surrounding states, that could put any chain out of business. Great service, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. Well worth the money.

Absolute BEST deli I have ever been to. I travel for business in PA, WV, OH, TN, MD and have not come across a better deli. They make and serve the best steak hoagie I have ever had. The staff and owners are extremely friendly. A very nice small town feel and atmosphere. I have been coming for 10 years and every time I have the same experience. It is excellent.

This deli can compete with the best in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia! Great sandwiches and subs. The service is friendly and fast. I can imagine how it is crushing the competition out here in this neck of the woods.
